The Isley Brothers on Tour
The Isley Brothers are as much a force of nature as a group � you gotta experience them in person to get the full sensory effect. Though some of the original Isleys are no longer with us, Ronald and Ernie Isley continue to front the band in grand style; Ronald's vocal power and Ernie's guitar fireworks are both as strong and soulful as ever. Within seconds of the Isleys taking the stage, it's obvious Ronald was born to be a frontman � from his commanding stage presence to his sartorial style and of course his undeniable vocal prowess, he remains a riveting performer. And when Ernie leans into one of his signature licks, like the liquid wah-wah guitar lines of "That Lady," the electricity is coming from more than just his amplifier. Add a killer backup band, dynamic dancers and a thrilling stage show, and you've got not just a show, but a full-blown event.
The Isley Brothers in Concert
Believe it or not, the original incarnation of The Isley Brothers first began performing back in 1954. In the decades that followed, the group evolved through a multitude of stylistic shifts, going from gospel music to R&B to funk and beyond. Along the way they've contributed tons of tunes to the pop pantheon, including "Shout," "That Lady," "Twist and Shout," "It's Your Thing" and "Fight the Power," to name just a few. In era after era, the Isleys have managed to successfully reinvent themselves, even as some of the original members were lost. Now the luminous voice of Ronald Isley and the funky guitar of his younger brother Ernie continue to bring the legacy of the American institution that is The Isley Brothers not only into the present, but into the future as well.
This was the first time I saw the Isley Brothers in concert, now eventhough there was only 2 of them the show was definitely awesome, and the video graphics was off the chain
1. If a show is at 8, one would think it would start at 8. 2. For a performer over 80, Ronald is amazing. 3. Ernie stole the show with his solo performance. 4. Great show, couldn't have been better

Great concert heard all the oldie hits. Ron, is older so it's to be expected he can hit all the high notes but it was still great non the less and he sounded good.
Great show. Ronald Isley did not disappoint. The venue could have been designed better. The isles are so narrow that people have to constantly get up to let others in and out, which is disruptive to your watching the show.
The Isley Brothers Concert was as good as ever. Their voices were excellent. The band was outstanding
Growing up listening to the Isley Brothers this was definitely a treat. Even after all these years they still got it. The theatre was the perfect size, the sound was great and the staff and ushers were awesome.
It was amazing! All my favorite music and so much talent even after all these years. Thank you very much!
A Wonderful Show, better than expected. From the tickets purchased, to the end of the show. Will definitely use ticket master for any future shows.
The Isely Brothers, who were our reason for going to this concert were excellent! But they didn't come on until after 11pm...this concert promo was a bait and switch with 5-6 other groups appearing that were not explicitly billed until the day before in an email. The sound engineering was abysmal, with issue after issue with technical difficulties, poor mixing, etc. Between every act the radio personalities filled up time, made it all seem very unpolished.
Parking in the adjacent parking lot was $40. The sound system was awful! There was so much feedback from the mics, and if there wasn't that there was static.
First let me start this review by stating I completely understand the age of the isley brothers but the songs that were sang I was not excited. Out of all the highlighted songs contagious was skipped over and never sang. Would I go watch them again, probably in the hopes that the set is a little bit better. FYI his wife and sister in law sang beautifully.
Had a little trouble finding the VIP pass and poster, but the show was great should have sold tee- shirts longer people missed out watching the show
Show was awesome but the technical issues were not so hopefully the equipment is tested before the show starts
The Isley Brothers were magnificent. I got just what I expected. I love those guys!! The whole concert was on FIRE!!!
Love the Isley bros, but my man needs to retire, his best singing and entertaining years are definitely behind him
Seating is to close down on the floor. Music was amazing but we got smushed the whole time.
The microphones kept going out. To have that many artists in that many problems it was a real surprise. Especially when most of these artists have been around more than 30 years get your production together people!
The show started on time but there were so many acts the Isley Brothers didn’t take the stage until almost 11 pm. That was too late but they sang so well and the sound quality was superb. The live band and the backup singers were all so talented.
Definitely The Best Concert Ever!!!!! Islet Brothers STILL Got It!!!!!! Next Was Amazing!!!!! All 4 One Outstanding!!!!!! Atlantic Starr, GQ, Peaches And Herb & The Delfonics were Awesome!!!!!! My Girlfriend and I Enjoyed The Show!!!!!! Looking Forward To Next Year's Valentine's Super Love Jam!!! I Give It an A+++++++
