    Definitely a great show

by Kenny on 3/10/20Majestic Theatre San Antonio - San Antonio

These guys incorporated everything into their show - some great illusions, sleight of hand, comedy, audience participation. We really enjoyed ourselves and were thoroughly entertained. Our only complaint was that it was too short.

It was so-so - nothing really memorable. Probably would not want to see again.

    Magical!

by Magic Man on 3/10/20Majestic Theatre San Antonio - San Antonio

Having seen Criss Angel a couple times with my son, we didn't know what to expect from this group of illusionists with seemingly all different "magic" specialties. We were blown away by the talent of these guys. Even though each of the 5 performers only did a couple "performances" each, it was like a best hits reel from top magicians. My 13 year old son and I were thoroughly entertained as each performance topped the next throughout the show. The show was emcee'd by another magician that called himself "Magic Dave", who was laugh out loud funny, interacted with the crowd like an old pro, didn't get fazed by the kids he brought on stage or off the rails reactions of audience members. Although Dave's magic was smaller in scope (cards, slight of hand, sight gags), he made the show by not allowing any slow moments and keeping the time between acts entertaining and fun. Highlights were the Mentalist, who guessed seemingly random facts about audience members over and over, and the "danger" guy, who was buried alive on stage and had a close encounter with a huge scorpion (I'm trying not to give away too many details). I would definitely go see the Illusionists again - fantastic show!

    Awesome show!!

by kmg on 3/10/20Majestic Theatre San Antonio - San Antonio

I've seen The Illusionists before and loved it. The second time was even better. Card tricks, mind reading, death defying acts and magic made this show SO ENTERTAINING! I was amazed and left with many "How did he do that?" moments. I laughed so hard my side hurt! SO SEE THIS SHOW!!!!

    Fun show

by Jamieladie on 3/10/20Majestic Theatre San Antonio - San Antonio

Family friendly. The magic was pretty good. The mentalist was very interesting. Very enjoyable. Wish it was a little longer, an hour and a half was a bit too short for the money I paid.

Not enough magic for the price

by J. Q. on 3/9/20The Plaza Theatre Performing Arts Center - El Paso

It should feel Broadway. After all it's a Broadway show. But The Illusionists fall short of having any WOW factor during the show. Very few acts, very simple, and nothing out of the ordinary. The guys are great, there is good showmanship, and they are funny. But almost no surprises in this show.

    Illusionists

by racinguy25 on 3/9/20The Plaza Theatre Performing Arts Center - El Paso

Good show, not great. The final act was the best. The MC, don't know his name, picked 4 kids from the audience and had them join him on the stage. He was absolutely GREAT with them and the kids were beyond fun, so cute and uninhibited, they looked like professional actors they were so calm. Just great, made the whole show worth the money.

    Intriguing and amusing

by Stacy on 3/5/20San Diego Civic Theatre - San Diego

Loved the variety the show gave. The Mentalist, Chris Cox, was my favorite because he knew information that I did not give on the info card! The show was funny, entertaining and positive! Definitely would recommend to others.
