When The Fray first burst onto the scene in the early aughts, the Colorado-bred band introduced the world to a profoundly life-affirming form of alt-rock: timeless but inventive, arena-sized in scope but firmly rooted in raw emotion. Over the coming years, their soul-searching songwriting and high-powered sound led to earning four Grammy Award nominations, scoring a multitude of Billboard top 10 hits, and amassing a passionately devoted worldwide fanbase. Their single "How To Save A Life" spent a staggering 58 weeks on the Billboard Hot 100 and became the "unofficial theme song" for Grey's Anatomy. Rolling Stone praised their "stick-in-your-head hooks and eloquent narratives," while the LA Times called their music "melodically rich." The Fray's debut album How To Save A Life (2005) is certified double-platinum in the US and has been declared one of the best-selling digital debuts of all time.

So fun. Such a good band to listen to live!!!! I’m so happy that they came to our area.
Great show! Love the Fray, never disappointed. 2nd time seeing them, great locations both times, always energetic and giving their all for the fans.
Space felt like a morgue or meat cooler, which is better than a furnace. Concert itself was great.
First of all, I'm ALWAYS excited when CMH snags the bands I want to see! It's the best venue in Charleston! The ENTIRE staff from wanding/ticket check to bartenders to floor helpers are phenomenal! My friend and I were 5th row and had excellent seats. 'Very Gently' was an excellent opening band. We really enjoyed them! For those who might be a little nervous about seeing The Fray with Isaac gone (as I was)....DON'T BE! Joe King was absolutely PERFECT! He even came down our row at one point and well....that was AHHH-MAZING! So happy to write this review. We couldn't have had a better time!
Such energy from the band! Relayed to the audience to make a fantastic concert! Standing room only the whole time! Great show!
I always wanted to see them live & though Isaac was not there Joe did a great job & put on a great show.
The Fray were fantastic! They sounded as good live as anyone could ask, felt like I had em on the radio! To top it off, the band mates were great and took the time at the end of the show to sign my shirt, all 5 members. Overall wouldn’t change a thing!
Joe King is doing an incredible job fronting this band. With all due respect to Isaac, the shows are more energetic than ever. Joe was the only choice to lead this band forward. Dave & Ben are crushing it on stage as usual, and the additions of Dane & Kai have been incredible. The guy who left a 2 star below has clearly never been to a concert. The Fray is all the way back.
Sang all the favorites. Great musicians and entertainers! Very well done show!
I was unable to make it to the 11/8 concert cause the car broke down but when I saw them in PA for my very first time it was amazing! I was so taken back I couldn't even ask any questions I was so nervous. Will definitely go again when I have the chance! I love that the new music still has the same kind of vibe as the old albums as well. I never skip a Frat song when it comes across my shuffle.❤️❤️
This venue has always been my favorite as generally sit to enjoy the show. Post surgery we thought it'd be great. People stood in front of many of us without view. Watched tons of people leave due to this. We even left. We loved the band, but for what we paid, not worth it.
Concert only lasted 1h20min. They dropped a few famous songs and the rest was some of their new songs I am guessing. When they left I thought we were halfway through. But no, it was really over haha.
Growing up listening to this band, I was so excited to see them live. Once I found out Isaac was no longer the frontman, I was a little apprehensive but Joe killed it! They stayed in tune with all of us in the audience. They sounded amazing, and Joe even joined us in the audience while he made his way through to sing to his daughter who was upstairs. The Frays music is something special that I feel just heals me. As a kid, I just thought their music was pretty and as an adult, I can identify with so much of it and they are such a special band. First tour in 8 years and I'm glad I got see be at their last stop in Nashville and would love to see them again!
The club/upper level tickets were priced higher than general admission for the floor. The expectation was that the view would be better. This was certainly not the case. The venue either oversold tickets for the club/upper level, or other people went into those areas without being checked. Multiple people were not happy with arrangement as views were almost non-existent. I would not spend extra money on special seating at this venue.
The sound was amazing. Their voices were as great as a recorded song and they know how to give a show!
What a comeback The Fray!?! That show was exciting and flowed so well! Not a moment to lose! Had such a great time!
They have been my favorite band for years and I never thought I would get to see them live. When they announced the show I immediately bought tickets because I did not want to miss out. I loved how intimate this show felt. Seeing them so close and listening to their songs live took me back! If they were in LA more than one night, I would have seen them again and again and again. I am still replaying the videos over and over. I had so much fun!
It was an amazing experience all around. Venue was great, show was great ! I just wish for the meet and greet we could have taken the photo from our own personal phone and had them personally write us an autographed poster instead of having them pre written.
was so great had a great time and sang really good
The Fray is back and they are so much more than just nostalgia. Exceeded all expectations!
