About

THE FAB FOUR IN CONCERT:

You know the saying: if it walks like a Beatle, if it talks like a Beatle...it must be The Fab Four, the world's foremost Beatles tribute band. The California-based quartet have been reviving Beatlemania with their spot-on impersonations for over 12 years, and practice has made perfect — the band's tours consistently satisfy the Beatle-shaped hole in fans' souls, drawing rave reviews for their extensively researched, down-to-the-mannerisms enactments of late great band's legendary live concerts. The Fab Four continue to carry on The Beatles' legacy in 2014, hitting the road with their beloved show on a string of North American tour dates.

BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:

Founded in 1997 by John Lennon impersonator Ron McNeil, The Fab Four spent their early days touring Southern California and playing regular shows at Disneyland. As the band's reputation grew, they landed an increasing number of high-profile gigs, including a headlining slot at Liverpool's annual Beatleweek in 2004 and a residency in Vegas from 2005-2008. Since then, the band has taken their show around the world, keeping the memory of John, Paul, George, and Ringo alive and rocking.

FANS WHO BOUGHT TICKETS SAY:

"What a great performance. It was like we were actually watching and listening to the Beatles live.”

"If you like The Beatles' music, and who doesn't, you owe it to yourself to see this band. They talk like The Beatles, they sing like The Beatles, they look like The Beatles, and  they play like The Beatles."

"Took my 11 y/o son who is the biggest Beatles fan I know to see the Fab Four in Reading, PA. I felt like I was watching THE Beatles live in 2013! They sounded spot on & I loved how they got the crowd involved in the show."

  • FAB FOUR

by MarkTheFiddleMan on 1/24/11Saenger Theatre Mobile - MobileRating: 5 out of 5

The FAB FOUR get a 5 STAR rating of excellence! Enjoyed every minute and every aspect of the show! We went to a local night spot, after the show, and they showed up as guests. We got to meet them, and hang out a while. The guys are not only talented beyond mentioning, but good sports, and gentlemen indeed.

  • Fab Four Rocks Out!

It was just like seeing the original Beatles. I was 16 again. They had us dancing in the aisles and laughing throughout the entire concert. This is an incredibly talanted group, each one playing their part to perfection. They imitated the Beatles from their mannerisms to every note. The show was amazing and I couldn't wait to hear what was coming up next. This is my second concert by The Fab Four and certainly won't be my last.

  • Fabulous Fab 4

What a wonderful tribute to the Beatles. The guys really did their homework...if I didn't know better I'd think it was John, Paul, George and Ringo on stage. Go, dance and sing with the Beatles...just like you did in 1964. This is my second time to see them and I hope to see them again.

  • The Fab Four rocked

From my husband and I to my 16 year old son to my 9 year old daughter,... We loved the Fab Four! Possibly the most entertaining concert I have seen.

  • Better than wildest dream!

This group was right on musically. I could have done without the Sgt Pepper part, but that was a real part of the history of the group. John Lennon solo was great.. There are 3 different "sets" of performers which you can see at the FabFour web site. You Tube has lots of short videos of the various sets. I think we were fortunate to have the best of the sets for our performance. They looked and talked the part accurately....plus the music was absolutely fabulous. Thanks for a great performance. See them if you get a chance!

  • Fab Four: believable, musically professional, fun!

by Leodensian on 1/24/11Saenger Theatre Mobile - MobileRating: 5 out of 5

We started at the beginning - 6o's Liverpool - and progressed through the stages of musical change. Every number was great, stage presence terrific, banter entertaining. From what I could see, even the instruments were authentic, at least from the period. Really, a great show and everybody was up on their feet, from us original fans right up to the kids. The interlude with only 'John' on the stage, performing "Imagine" was very touching.

  • Fab Four was great!

A really good show, even having seen them last year. a few upgrades, such as the yellow submarine inflatable was a nice touch. "Ed" adds to the show. Look

Awesome show. My friends and I had to keep reminding ourselves that this was a tribute band NOT the real thing. They looked the part, well John and George did, and sounded even better than they looked. My wife and I have seen "RAIN" that is currently on broadway and we have seen the group that performs in Branson. Neither come even close to this group. I would go see them tomorrow if given the chance. If you are a Beatle fan, don't miss these guys, they are GREAT.

  • Fab Four Was Amazing

We couldn't have enjoyed the Fab Four more! They were excellent musicians, good entertainers and very attuned to their audience! As baby boomers, we were transported back to our youth! The music was incredible, and sounded so much better than the days of hi-fi and stereo... Please, please bring them back next year! We'll be there!

  • The Fab Four was indeed fabulous!

The Fab Four did it again. This is the fourth time my wife and I have seen them and they just keep getting better. They are THE Beatles tribute band to see at least once in your life. I have seen other Beatles cover bands (including Rain) and the Fab Four is hands down the best. What's really nice when they come to Mobile, is that the venue is the historic Saenger Theater. It is an old-time, ornate and stately theater. It just fits so well with the venues that were around when the real Beatles started out. There's, no doubt, very few folks in America who ever got to see the real Beatles in a small venue like this. Trust me, if you have the opportunity to see the Fab Four, do it. You will not regret it. You will still be smiling days later.

I'm a huge Beatles fan, but since I was born the same month they played on the Ed Sullivan Show, I'm too young to have ever seen them live. I've taken my kids for the last three Fab Four shows at the Saenger. Loved it every time. It's as close as you can get to experiencing what it must have been like to see a live Beatles show back in the day. It's a fun family event with a crowd ranging from gyrating geriatrics to be-bopping grade school kids.

  • AWESOME!!!

I took my mother to see the Fab Four on Sat, Jan 22, 2011. Being my second time to see them, it was even better than before!! :) Although our seats were on the higher level (lodge area), I thoroughly enjoyed the show. This time, I had a much better view than I did the last time. My mom had a blast too!! She said it brought so many memories back! Truly enjoyable show!! I can't wait for them to come back to town again in the future!! The guys are "to the T" for their trubute. They looked, dressed, sounded, moved just like the originals!! Way to go, guys!! Keep up the great work with your show!! :)

Excellent tribute to the Beales. We enjoyed singing along with then band as they performed so many of the wonderful Beatles songs we grew up with. Well Done, and excellent evening out. Thanks.

  • The Fab Four were fantastic

My husband and I really enjoyed the show. The music was so authentic sounding that we were totally caught up in the nostalgia of memories of our younger years. I prefer the music of the Beatles' earlier years while my husband likes their later songs more so we were both quite happy with the performance.

This was a great show, they sounded, acted and were almost the real Beatles. A must see for any Beatle fan.

  • The Fab Four was FABulous

by jjrobin on 1/11/11Grand Casino Mille Lacs Event Center - OnamiaRating: 5 out of 5

Seeing and hearing the Fab Four was the closest thing to seeing the Beatles in concert and actually better, my brother and sister saw the beatles at Met Stadium and all they could hear was screraming, with The Fab Four you see and hear the Beatles music as you remember it note for note. I hope they come back to Minnesota again it is the second time I've seen them the first being in Las Vegas and both times they were FANTASTIC!!!

These guys have the Beatles down cold, absolutely amazing group. Not only was the music flawless but they had the accents and early Beatles sense of playfulness and banter down as well. An incredible two hours, well spent.
