About

THE FAB FOUR IN CONCERT:

You know the saying: if it walks like a Beatle, if it talks like a Beatle...it must be The Fab Four, the world's foremost Beatles tribute band. The California-based quartet have been reviving Beatlemania with their spot-on impersonations for over 12 years, and practice has made perfect — the band's tours consistently satisfy the Beatle-shaped hole in fans' souls, drawing rave reviews for their extensively researched, down-to-the-mannerisms enactments of late great band's legendary live concerts. The Fab Four continue to carry on The Beatles' legacy in 2014, hitting the road with their beloved show on a string of North American tour dates.

BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:

Founded in 1997 by John Lennon impersonator Ron McNeil, The Fab Four spent their early days touring Southern California and playing regular shows at Disneyland. As the band's reputation grew, they landed an increasing number of high-profile gigs, including a headlining slot at Liverpool's annual Beatleweek in 2004 and a residency in Vegas from 2005-2008. Since then, the band has taken their show around the world, keeping the memory of John, Paul, George, and Ringo alive and rocking.

FANS WHO BOUGHT TICKETS SAY:

"What a great performance. It was like we were actually watching and listening to the Beatles live.”

"If you like The Beatles' music, and who doesn't, you owe it to yourself to see this band. They talk like The Beatles, they sing like The Beatles, they look like The Beatles, and  they play like The Beatles."

"Took my 11 y/o son who is the biggest Beatles fan I know to see the Fab Four in Reading, PA. I felt like I was watching THE Beatles live in 2013! They sounded spot on & I loved how they got the crowd involved in the show."

  • Beyond my expectations

by JohnPal on 2/28/11Springfield Symphony Hall - SpringfieldRating: 5 out of 5

I Saw "The Fab Four" in Springfield, Ma. on Feb 26, 2011 (3 hour drive from Maine) and It was absolutely worth it!! The Fab Four have the Beatles mannerisms, music, accents, costumes down to to a science. The character of Paul even played his instruments left handed. The music and psychedelic sounds in "Strawberry Fields" and "A Day in a Life" was all amazingly created before your eyes by these four incrediably talented musicians. Every song was a perfect replication of the original version. The audiance ate it up!!! I was too young to have seen the Beatles live, but not anymore. Hope they come to Portland Maine!!!

  • A 'fab'ulous trip in time

    by T1960 on 2/28/11Springfield Symphony Hall - SpringfieldRating: 5 out of 5

This is the seventh time that I saw The Fab Four in concert. I enjoy them so much that with every return to my driving area, I bring a different person so I can share this incredible tribute band with another. I have always been a fan of the Beatles however I was a bit too young to experience their music live in concert. For me personally, The Fab Four has given me a chance at the experience I missed. Thank you so much and see you next time!

  • Fab Four is the real thing

    by CelticsFan27 on 2/28/11Springfield Symphony Hall - SpringfieldRating: 5 out of 5

This group was great, they added a bit of comedy to the show, they're costume changes were great. We were in the 3rd row and they sound JUST like them and even look like The Beatles too. Great time and great venue with superb acoustics.

  • Awesome

    by Kimm123 on 2/28/11Springfield Symphony Hall - SpringfieldRating: 5 out of 5

The band was so good, they had costume changes for the different decades and really sounded just like the real thing.

  • It brought me back!

    by NewFab4Fan on 2/28/11Springfield Symphony Hall - SpringfieldRating: 5 out of 5

What a great concert! So much fun to listen to the ""Fab Four - Beatles" and think back on being 13 when they were on Ed Sullivan and on through the 60's. Loved the period costumes and how well they captured the mannerisms, the look and the music throughout their careers. If you closed your eyes....it was the Beatles. Strawberry Fields blew my husband away and he is a musician. People were singing and dancing! I will go again if they are in the area.

  • Fab Four Excellent

by Beefie on 2/28/11Springfield Symphony Hall - SpringfieldRating: 5 out of 5

Saw this show four years ago; was afraid it would be the same; however, was pleasantly surprised to see they mixed it up; a superb tribute to the Beatles!

  • Fab Four was indeed Fab

by mcthumber on 2/28/11Springfield Symphony Hall - SpringfieldRating: 5 out of 5

Great show. Nice balance of comedy (Ed Sullivan) and period Beatles. Perfomances were flawless and sound reproduction was impressive. My new favorite tribute band!

  • Amazing!

by LorrieT on 2/28/11Saenger Theatre - MobileRating: 5 out of 5

I was completely captivated, they are very talented young men. We will go back and see them each time they come back to Mobile.

  • UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

by Bexxmania on 2/27/11Around the world - Earth :)Rating: 5 out of 5

You will NEVER see a Beatles tribute band as good as The Fab Four. They are beyond amazing and basically the "Beatles" of this generation. I've travelled around the world JUST to see The Fab Four perform and I don't plan to stop anytime soon. It's just impossible for ANYONE to get enough of The Fab Four. I'd do anything for these guys!

  • Fab Four were Fab...Again!

    by yellowtail4me on 2/9/11Saenger Theatre Mobile - MobileRating: 4 out of 5

We really enjoyed the show, our 4th time to see them perform. Our only negative is that each time we see the show the role of the Ed Sullivan character is getting larger and more offensive. We have raised our children on the music of the Beatles and we have taken them and their friends every time we go. I used to be able to tell my friends to take their children because it is a great "family" show. I no longer do that. I now have to tell them about the crudeness of the Ed Sullivan character. The Fab Four is great and they are fun but not sure I will attend again.

  • Don't Miss This!

by sabanation on 1/26/11Bama Theatre - TuscaloosaRating: 5 out of 5

The Fab Four was a moving, amazing, fantastic tribute to the Beatles. The guys are spot on in every detail, sound, look, voice, interaction with one another, everything!! WOW! I'd have paid $100 to see this show. If you are a Beatles fan you dont' want to miss this. I felt like I was 14 years old again, loved the interaction with the audience, the opportunity to come down and dance and get really close to the band. Can't wait to get the chance to see them again!

  • The Fab Four were great as usual!

by Trufish on 1/25/11Saenger Theatre Mobile - MobileRating: 4 out of 5

We have seen this act several times over the years and they never fail to impress. The detail and quality of the performance is awesome. At this performance there was a little too much "Ed Sullivan" for my taste. They performed for about 2 hours!

  • by Sundance12231 on 1/25/11Saenger Theatre Mobile - MobileRating: 5 out of 5

Great show, Look forward to them coming to Mobile again.

  • The Fab Four was authentic!

by RachaelAnn on 1/25/11Saenger Theatre Mobile - MobileRating: 5 out of 5

I took my dad to see The Fab Four a few years ago, and they were great! I saw they were coming back this year, so I had to get tickets. This was an early birthday gift for my pops. We had a great time! The band dresses in Beatles attire, plays instruments the same way (even left-handed Paul), has their accents and songs down to a T! If you're a Beatles fan, this is definitely worth the money.

  • Would go again and again!

    by Penny12345 on 1/25/11Saenger Theatre Mobile - MobileRating: 5 out of 5

It was wonderful to see a band that could span so many generations of people! We enjoyed the interaction with the audience and if you let yourself it was hard not to think you were right there forty years ago. We took our eight year old daughter and she enjoyed it as much as we did. Thanks for having them at the Saenger!

  • The Fab Four

  • The Fab Four were more than fab!!

by RocknChamp on 1/25/11Saenger Theatre Mobile - MobileRating: 5 out of 5

Had a big date night with my spouse of 32 years. Joined 6 others for dinner before. The atmosphere in the Saenger Theatre was ELECTRIC prior to the curtain going up. The curtain went up and it was a rocking show to the end! We will bring others with us the next time we go to see this awesome band. I can't help but believe that the surviving members and loved ones of those past are happy with the Fab Four tribute.

  • The music was FABulous!!!

    by aac8 on 1/25/11Saenger Theatre Mobile - MobileRating: 5 out of 5

Loved it!!! It was exciting, fun and entertaining! Their musical performances were excellent! My third time and I can't wait to see them again!

  • Fabulous Fab Four

    by Amos02 on 1/24/11Saenger Theatre Mobile - MobileRating: 4 out of 5

The Fab Four 's vocals sounded a lot like the Beatles. George looked just like the real George Harrison. Paul looked somewhat like Paul and he had a lot of Paul's mannerisms. They were very energetic and got the crowd involved. The Ed Sullivan act was unexpected but was very funny.I enjoyed every song but I wished they had played Let it Be and the Long and Winding Road.

  • The Fab Four were awesome

by BamaJere on 1/24/11Saenger Theatre Mobile - MobileRating: 5 out of 5

The impersonation of the Beatles was so authentic, I felt as though I was transported back to my youth 45 years ago. Their ability to capture every detail of the Beatles music and personna borders on incredible. Their live performance of songs off the Sargent Pepper album which originally required studio recording was absolutely amazing. This is the fourth year in a row that I have seen them and believe it is the most entertaining quality concert I have ever attended.
