We've enjoyed the Fab Four twice before at Pechanga. I would rate those two performances as amazing. We enjoyed those more because of the special effects and the inclusion of more Beatles songs. We understand that many songs had to be omitted because the concert was shared by both bands. We enjoyed Jumping Jack Flash and we would have come to a concert featuring just that band. We think that both bands performances were short changed by combining them in one concert.

About
THE FAB FOUR IN CONCERT:
You know the saying: if it walks like a Beatle, if it talks like a Beatle...it must be The Fab Four, the world's foremost Beatles tribute band. The California-based quartet have been reviving Beatlemania with their spot-on impersonations for over 12 years, and practice has made perfect — the band's tours consistently satisfy the Beatle-shaped hole in fans' souls, drawing rave reviews for their extensively researched, down-to-the-mannerisms enactments of late great band's legendary live concerts. The Fab Four continue to carry on The Beatles' legacy in 2014, hitting the road with their beloved show on a string of North American tour dates.
BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
Founded in 1997 by John Lennon impersonator Ron McNeil, The Fab Four spent their early days touring Southern California and playing regular shows at Disneyland. As the band's reputation grew, they landed an increasing number of high-profile gigs, including a headlining slot at Liverpool's annual Beatleweek in 2004 and a residency in Vegas from 2005-2008. Since then, the band has taken their show around the world, keeping the memory of John, Paul, George, and Ringo alive and rocking.
FANS WHO BOUGHT TICKETS SAY:
"What a great performance. It was like we were actually watching and listening to the Beatles live.”
"If you like The Beatles' music, and who doesn't, you owe it to yourself to see this band. They talk like The Beatles, they sing like The Beatles, they look like The Beatles, and they play like The Beatles."
"Took my 11 y/o son who is the biggest Beatles fan I know to see the Fab Four in Reading, PA. I felt like I was watching THE Beatles live in 2013! They sounded spot on & I loved how they got the crowd involved in the show."

From beginning to end..completely enjoyed the whole show. The performances were excellent. This was our second time seeing the Fab Four...and I look forward to enjoying them again in the future. Loved it!
I don't want to go on & on becuase...
by Jazzopie on 7/25/11The Pacific Amphitheatre - Costa MesaRating: 5 out of 5why spoil the show? They should do it again. But the reason my family likes to see the Fab Four is that they just don't look and sound like The Beatles, they always have an interesting concept for the show. And the ending of this show was a blast - the Beatles and the Stones play together (as everyone hoped) and it was a funny and fun capper to the evening.
Jumping Jack Flash was Awesome!
by Anonymous on 7/25/11The Pacific Amphitheatre - Costa MesaRating: 5 out of 5So much fun! The bands were incredible! The crowd was great. Would love to see The Stones I mean Jumping Jack Flash again!
The Greatest Concert that Never Was!
by work on 7/25/11The Pacific Amphitheatre - Costa MesaRating: 5 out of 5Fab Four and Jumping Jack Flash were amazing. All the great hits were played and had tons of fun dancing and singing!
The BEST Beatles Tribute Band!
by yr2615 on 7/25/11The Pacific Amphitheatre - Costa MesaRating: 5 out of 5I can't imagine the Beatles being any better than the Fab Four! Great performance, love the costume changes, even the jokes they threw in there were funny. The venue (Pacific Amphitheater in Costa Mesa) was good...I had so-so seats but the view was still good. Jumping Jack Flash was good too, if you're a Rolling Stones fan. I'm not, but this Fab Four performance was the closest to me so I had to take the good with the bad, so to speak.
FAB-ulous... with a bit of a FLASH in the pan
by MisterRocknRoll on 7/25/11The Pacific Amphitheatre - Costa MesaRating: 4 out of 5The Fab Four are the tightest Beatles cover band I've ever seen, and that includes the original cast of Beatlemania. The guitarists/singers who portray Paul and George look and sound remarkably like the real guys., and they all have their mannerisms down to a tee. "John" would look more like the real John if he were thinner. Ringo, well, there's never been anybody else who looks like him. The musical talent in this band is astounding. The costume changes are terrific: the suits and ties and bob haircuts for the Ed Sullivan era; the colorful uniforms and hats for the Sgt. Pepper's era; the jeans and long hair for the Let it Be era. If you never saw the real Beatles live, this is closest you will ever get to the real thing. ...Now, Jumping Jack Flash, the Stones cover band, was fun but nowhere on par with the Fab Four. They are trying to be to the Stones what the Fab Four are to the Beatles, but they're nowhere near that level. The musicianship is fairly good, and independently they all seem to be pretty good, but together something does not add up. I have heard plenty of bar bands play the Stones just as well. None of the members look like the real Mick, Keith, Charlie, Brian, or Ronnie, and their wigs look comically fake. The "costumes" are helter skelter, with "Mick" dressed for the 60s at the same time "Keith" is dressed for the 70s. They even had "Brian" playing on songs that the Stones didn't record until after the actual Brian was long gone. Now, having bashed Jumping Jack Flash so much, I have to say they were still a lot of fun. By having the Fab Four and Jumping Jack Flash alternate sets while the other was doing costume changes was a fantastic idea. No downtime in the show. The energy just kept on going. The show ended with both bands sharing the stage for a sort of "Satisfaction/Day Tripper duel," which was a cool way to end the show. Even though these two bands are clearly different calibers of entertainment, together they made for one really great show.
FAB FOUR outstanding
by Robertzzzzzz2000 on 7/25/11The Pacific Amphitheatre - Costa MesaRating: 5 out of 5I love this band. They are like a time machine. The comedian Penn makes a statement in the beginning that all the music is real and nothing fake. It really shows. I went to a recent tribute concert with the Australian Bee Gees and it was so obvious that many of the vocals were being lipsynched, it ruins the effect. These guys will have you out of your seat and the music is perfect. Jumping Jack Flash were also terrific. Lot's of fun. I would see both these bands again and again.
Jumbing Jack Flash & The Fab Four were a gas!!!
by DDINTHEOC on 7/25/11The Pacific Amphitheatre - Costa MesaRating: 5 out of 5From begining to end the concert was a continuous musical sight and sound delight! One band after the other kep the crowd dancing in their seats and singing along to every song! Both bands played crowd favorites and were very entertaining. The mash up of both bands songs at the end was a gas, gas, gas!!! AWESOME CONCERT!!! HIGHLY RECOMENDED!!!

Great concert. Both groups sounded great. Enjoyed how both groups played off each other.
What a great tribute...something for everyone!
by lclemur on 7/25/11The Pacific Amphitheatre - Costa MesaRating: 5 out of 5A warm summer night at the Pacific Amphitheatre in Orange County, TWO tribute bands playing together, what's not to like? The show was great, with just enough of each band to get a good "taste." The two spit the time on stage with one doing a set, and then the other. I am glad they did it this way, as there was no wait time between the sets, one was performing, while the other was resting/recuperating. Both groups had good energy and excellent back up performers. I especially liked the Brian Jones character - he is a great guitarist! The back-up female vocalist in the JJF band was awesome as well. Well worth it, and would definitely recommend catching this dual performance if you get a chance!
- by Janicer on 7/25/11The Pacific Amphitheatre - Costa MesaRating: 5 out of 5
Great concert. Both bands did a good job of performing like the original groups. The show was interactive and a lot of fun!
Amazing tribute bands
by starglazer on 7/25/11The Pacific Amphitheatre - Costa MesaRating: 4 out of 5groups were very fun playing against each other, both bands were set up before the music started, so no wait time between the groups.
The Greatest Concert That Never Was - ROCKED!!!
by Dennie24 on 7/25/11The Pacific Amphitheatre - Costa MesaRating: 5 out of 5The music and entertainment was absolutely unforgettable from the opening song to the very last encore. It was two hours of classic Beatles and Stones stand up and dance music. The incredible sound and on stage antics made this concert goer feel like he was at an original show in the 70's.
Wow!
by StanSwitek on 7/25/11The Pacific Amphitheatre - Costa MesaRating: 5 out of 5I knew Fab Four would be good. No expectations for Jumpin Jack Flash (JJF). JJF was epic. These guys rocked. They had the crowd of 8000+ on their feet most of the time. make it a point to see JJF. These guys are like the Stones in their prime.
WAS IT REALLY THE STONES????
by RocknRollSD on 7/25/11The Pacific Amphitheatre - Costa MesaRating: 5 out of 5You didn't have to close your eyes and just think you were hearing the Stones, they look like them too! JJ Flash ROCKED the Pacific Amphitheatre on Saturday night like never before --- had all 8000+ fans on their feet and clapping for more when they were done. What a great mid- summer concert experience! Keef was ripping on the guitar and Mick was in rare form strut'n his stuff on stage as you know he does. The Fab Four were also great but it was really a battle of the good boys vs the bad boys and it was pretty easy to see and hear who won!!!! Just can't wait to see Stones (aka JJ Flash) again in September on the 9th at The Galaxy in Santa Ana. ROCK ON!!!! Thanks for giving all the fans more than just a little SATISFACTION!!!!!
What to so long for these bands to get together!
by Beatlesluvr on 7/25/11The Pacific Amphitheatre - Costa MesaRating: 5 out of 5Two great tribute bands- espcially the Fab Four - was like stepping back into the 1960's! Liked the opening with Beatles early music set, then into the 'Stones opening set with early hits. More Fab Four tunes continued with Sargent Pepper's era songs, then back to Jumping Jack Flash for more rock 'n roll. It ended with the Beatles Let it Be songs. Final number was a collection of Stones and Beatles songs sung together by both groups combined. A great way to top off a memorable concert of some of ther greatest music ever!!!
Great Show
by devans58 on 7/25/11The Pacific Amphitheatre - Costa MesaRating: 4 out of 5It was a Great Show, I had great seats and was able to see everything. Liked that the groups took turns on stage which helped with the Breaks for the Bands. Knew all the songs, Like usually when you go to a Concert they play a couple of songs you remember and then you don't know the rest because they are intoducing their new songs. That wasn't the case here. Price was reasonable and also included the entrance to the Fair. Had a really good time. It made you feel like you were back in the 60's.
LARRY12
by Larry12 on 7/25/11The Pacific Amphitheatre - Costa MesaRating: 5 out of 5It was GREAT! Fab Four always the best! JJ FLASH whoI never saw before played some great songs that I really enjoyed. THE DOWNSIDE WAS SMELLING POT DURING THE TIME JJ FLASH WAS PERFORMING. NOT A GREAT THING FOR MY YOUNG SON TO EXPERIENCE. SECURITY SHOULD OF BEEN BETTER!
amazing
by rookie2 on 7/25/11The Pacific Amphitheatre - Costa MesaRating: 5 out of 5Best show i've ever seen. Magical experience. The only bad thing about the show was that it had to end. Wished they could've played for longer.
