No Star Wars super-fan knowledge required to enjoy the show, just a positive attitude and a good set of lungs! You'll be whooping and hollering the whole night as you cheer on the dancers because the choreography is vibrant, fun, and surprisingly high-production for a small venue! The emcee knows his crowd and the dancers are having as much fun as the audience is. We sat around the middle part of the Orchestra section and had a great view (we even got to high-five Chewie, so get aisle seats!). Definitely had a blast and told everyone I know to go see the show!

Me and my gf went together, neither of us had been to a burlesque show before but we both had a really good time. All the costumes/outfits were top notch, the host was great. Personally my least favorite part was the slower single person dances felt like filler, but I also get bored really fast so this may not be an issue for you. Even the slower ones still had sexy ladies cool props and I did enjoy them, they are probably necessary for the show's flow. My favorite parts were the multiple people routines, they were full of cool gimmicks and moves. lots of sexy dancers of course. Overall it was a superb first time experience with live burlesque, awesome atmosphere, energy, and theming. It's definitely worth it to any star wars fan looking for a different way to experience the story.

A burlesque show that can be enjoyed by all (maybe not kids). Equal parts sexy, funny, and artistic! All the performers were fantastic!

I wasn't expecting that much fun but it was crazy!

This show was amazing and honestly indescribable. The characters that showed up were sexy, hilarious, super talented! The emcee for the night was really great. He had a great improv feel about him. 1000000% would recommend if you're even a small fan of Star Wars or Burlesque.

I was nothing short of amazed! The athleticism of the dancers, the choreography, and the wardrobe were spectacular. I would go back to see the show 100 more times!

Way better than I even expected. Bunch of fun surprises, I won't spoil it. Soundtrack was... amazing... Sexy of course, but nothing that wouldn't be shown on TV/streaming. Very brief (seconds) topless scenes.

This parody of SW contained all the right burlesque elements; a sense of humor, elaborate costumes and props, and a rocking soundtrack! The various numbers were cleverly staged, with hilarious riffs on Luke, stormtroopers, Chewie, and a bevy of other SW favorites. While there were bits only SW fans would get (like changing lightsaber colors), everyone will enjoy the high energy, the lovely and talented dancers, and the bawdy sense of humor.

This show was a fantastic time, from the performers to the costumes I can’t recommend it enough.

Well that was interesting . It’s a VERY GOOD show. Performers, choreography, lighting, and staging were excellent. Very funny as well. Worth the trip in the rain. I'll go again ..

The Empire Strips Back is a high-class burlesque show having classically trained dancers and a moderately funny MC. Being a Star Wars fan was just a bonus to the amazing striptease routines. Today’s “strippers” could learn much from dancers who TEASE.

This was a last second thing that came up - I have to say, it was a lot of fun! - -I highly recommend this show - Great time!

Saw this with my wife and our friends. It is amazing. Funny. Sexy. Entertaining. Just a fun show to build a night around. All six of us had a great time. Highly recommended!
