The Doyle and Debbie Show was hilarious! I don't laugh out loud alot and I SNORTED at this show. The actors playing Debbie, Doyle and Buddy were spot on- so talented and we really got swept up in their "comeback" tour. The Royal George is a small venue and perfect for this show- we really felt like we were in a honkytonk in the South. Only bad thing- rude bartender and spoiled oj in our mimosas.

We loved the show - it is very intelligent and well done.

We enjoyed the show. Not your typical "country" act. There isn't a bad seat in the cabaret theater.

The show was very funny and moved along with catchy songs. Doyle was a hoot, and Debbie was cute to watch as well as a great singer.All the seats were perfect and the bar venue was believable. There was a bit of truth in the stereotypes of the characters, albeit a stretch in some areas. It all was entertaining.The costumes were as vibrant as the acting. It was fun to watch. A smile never left my face unless I was outright laughing. Good job!

Had no expectations but was surprised that the writing caught my ear and held me tight, listening for the next clever, comical stream of words that broke me up. It's not often you take your seat, movement begins stage right and you're cracked with the first lyrics. I think there's still room for development but it has huge potential to be a great production and go on from the Royal George.

This was a fun show. The performers were top notch and the songs were really funny.

After reading the reviews of others attending this show we decided to go to Doyle and Debbie. Some had mentioned it was worth the $30 which I would say it was worth that but definitely not worth the $58 per person we spent. There really wasn't alot of change up and just seemed like an hour and a half of the same thing over and over. We laughed a couple of times but nothing was hilarious to us. We were going to go to Late Nite Catechism and wished we would have because THAT is HILARIOUS. Doyle and Debbie was a waste of time and money.

This is an absolutely hilarious show. Everyone has to see it!!

A last minute choice, it was worth the $30 ticket price...the music was typical C&W (not my favorite), but it was a great parody of that genre...especially the songs' lyrics...both actor/actress were quite accomplished. the audience was sparse for a Saturday night, which was surprising...

The vocals were amazing. My husband and I are still laughing! The show was so funny. The Royal George is a very informal place. We had never been there before and enjoyed the atmosphere as well as the incredibly great entertainment.

Doyle and Debbie is a country musical comedy featuring two actors who play their roles perfectly. The comedy is in the songs lyrics and the interaction between the 2 stars and a third actor who has a supporting role.Presented in a small cabaret theater that bring the audience very close to the stage. The show is 90 minutes of fun.

This show is so entertaining and hysterical. My hats off to the writers of the lyrics. They were very witty and Doyle and Debbie performed them perfectly. I highy recommend this show to anyone who wants to laugh and feel good.

This show is charming and hilarious. Every song is unique and funny. This is a must see show if you are in Chicago.
