The Dan Band Tickets

It was an awesome show!! I loved it so much that I went home and bought tickets to see them again at foxwoods :)

We have seen them twice and they never disappoint. Clever lyrics and presentation make for a very funny show. We plan to see them again the next time they are in town.

If you havent experienced The Dan Band live, then you are missing a great show!! High energy, funny, interactive with the audience, you will laugh your ass off , dance and sing along!!!

We were laughing the second the show began and hardly stopped. It was probably the best show I've seen and I would definitely see these guys again next time they are in Tahoe!

Just a lot of fun! The act was entertaining on top of the music being sung! Dan interacted with the crowd and people in the front row, he was very funny. I will see him anytime I get the chance. If you dislike vulgarity and sexual innuendo, then this show is not for you. The vulgar language is not mean spirited, just makes the act funny. Go! It's a blast!

It was awesome from the start!!! His talk with the audience was awesome and the crowd was awesome as well!!! They gave a great show from start to finish!!! I will see them as much as I can!!!

Even though Dan wasn't feeling great due to a cold, he and the band put out 100% to entertain the guests. He spent time interacting with the audience, sang and danced to all the favorite songs. We brought our daughter and her husband to celebrate an anniversary and all of us had a great time.

They were so funny and entertaining, I laughed the whole show.

I had an unexpected trip to Tahoe and was planning fun things to do. It was hilarious and a lot of fun. The band covers songs from different eras and artists but makes them his own. His voice is great but the show comes forth with a lot of humor. It's so entertaining. I am definitely now a fan. I had to google them to find out who they were initially. My friend went home after the concert and downloaded some of their songs. We plan on seeing them again and bringing our husbands this time.

The show was a blast, can't wait to see them again! Opening act (Bridget something) was hilarious! Awesome show

I had never heard of the opening act before the show and had no idea what to expect. Bridget Everett & The Tender Moments was HILARIOUS. I was crying I was laughing so hard. She more than set the table for The Dan Band. The Dan Band was highly entertaining. Dan is super funny. They play their hits from Old School (Total Eclipse of the Heart and Lady), Starsky & Hutch (Feel Like Makin' Love) and the Hangover (Candy Shop and Fame). They also play several original songs. If you like to laugh then you MUST GO!!!

Such a great show!! Thoroughly enjoyed every second and the venue was great!! Will definitely be going back in the future!

It was a suprise for my husband's birthday. We had a great time and laughed a lot. Looking forward to seeing him next year if he comes near St Louis next year!

The Dan Band is a wonderful mix of music and humor. They are a cover band, but cover only songs originally done by female performers. The best seats are next to the stage where you will get called out and picked on, especially when wearing a Cosby inspired sweater. I wish there was an opening act, but it was still an entertaining and fun event to attend.

It was great! They where very funny, especially his two back up guys. We would go again!!

My husband & I have seen The Dan Band at least 4-5 times, the first few were when we lived in Philly, and again last summer at Club Nokia. The reason we keep going back is because of how much FUN the show is! Dan & his backup singers, Gene & John will catch you off guard with their antics if you've never seen them before, & if you have, they'll STILL do something funny that you didn't expect, OR that you continue to find hysterical. I've met Dan several times, starting w/ his interacting w/ me from the stage since my husband & I always are AT the stage, & on one occasion, I was wearing "opera gloves" that he'd jokingly challenged me to remove either those or...my bra. I said no, but couldn't resist playing along & managed to do the "magic bra removal" w/out anyone noticing & tossed it at him at the end of a song when he least expected it, which lead to him putting it on Gene, one of his FBI-agent-looking backup singers, which was hilarious! By this time, I'd met him briefly after a few shows & had had a couple pics taken w/him, but on that occasion, when my husband & I encountered him, he apologized for calling me a silly name during the show, (no offense was taken by me, it was in good fun,) which was a nice gesture. By the NEXT time we saw him, two yrs. had passed, & after the show, we approached him & I asked if he'd remembered someone tossing a bra at him there at the Troc in Philly, & he said, "YES...is your name [my real first name]?" which, when I told him yes, (it's NOT a name like "Jen" or "Lisa",) he, my husband and I were all amazed at his memory- I mean, he meets thousands of people! At Club Nokia, we got to talk to him a bit more & I'd challenged him to remember my name again, after another 2 yrs., and this time in LA, not Philly, & he still got it right. Despite having a successful, long-running tour, a fan base of many other celebrities, being married to one, having been in several movies & knowing probably everyone in Hollywood & having famous friends, we met a few of them the last time we saw him & THEY were equally as down to earth & nice, (one of them actually took the "obligatory" photo of my husband and I with Dan,) he's not at all affected by his popularity, & is a helluva nice guy as well as a damn good singer. In fact, every once in a while, when one of the "chick songs" he sings pops into my head, NOW it's HIS version I hear! If you like parody, silliness, satire, music, singing, choreography, audience participation-he often picks someone near the front to wipe his sweat from his brow & sometimes brings someone on stage & sings to them, and impromptu, unscripted humor- and if you don't mind being pointed out & teased if you're late for the show or get up to go to the restroom/bar in the middle of a song & other possible funny unexpected interactions, this is a show you shouldn't miss! My husband & I first saw him in 2005 & plan to again soon.

I actually went on FB right after the show and recommended all my friends go to the next show. Dan is so freakin' hilarious and my husband and I had the funnest night ever.

The Dan Band is great. They are basically a cover band that brings a lot of humor to the stage. It's something different and was a lot of fun. Would highly recommend!
