Ted delivered. His talents only get better. He played an excellent selection of music for a full two hours. This man hasn't slowed down one bit. Just like I saw him (or better) when I was a teenager. GO TED!!!!
the sound was horrific. There were soundmen in the arena but I do not know what they were doing. It was like the concert was a throwback to the 60's when there were no soundmen and everyone just cranked up the amp to see how loud they could play. Like a stadium event. Could not hear the singing. Hardly could hear the guitar. Everything was just all balled into one big noise. The bass was the dominant factor. I don't know if it was the poor acoustics of the arena or just plain too loud. I have seen Ted Nugent several times and never remember him this loud.. I still play rock and roll myself and am not an old geezer but many of us left very early into the performance.
The performance exceeded what I expected. Ted Nugent and his band showed extreme showmanship, and played like there was no tomorrow. Money well spent. Valhalla was quite talented as well. To see the show in a smaller venue, was a real treat for my wife and I . Growing up in Detroit, along with Ted nugent in the 70's, felt like home again. Really enjoyed transitions from one song to the next. Quite an entertainment value, we look forward to attending more concerts in the future, thanks.
I love 4th and B as a venue. Great sight lines, lots of space. Uncle Ted has stage presence and he SMOKED through the first 20 minutes. SMOKED!! This was a REAL Rock'n'Roll show. No Wimps, No Roadkill, just US Primal Meat! I'm still buzzing from the concert high that Uncle Ted dished out. Loved it! I do miss the fuzzy tail and the flaming arrow shot....
Uncle Ted was amazing. He had high energy throughout the nearly 2 hours he played. Great setlist with mix from all eras. Ted is an All-American and his show makes you leave with a smile on your face. Freedom, defiance, buffalo. God Bless Ted!
Ted Nugent's performance last night totally kicked butt!!! He is a seasoned rocker and knows how to get the crowd revved up and is dedicated to withholding the traditional values that our country was founded on. Gotta love that!!!
excellent, outstanding show! It was awesome, the music and show super
Valhalla was HOT - Nuge was awesome as ever. it was real tight !
The guy still has it. Amazing show, loud as hell. Played all his classics. He was so good, I didn't mind the $10 beers.
The show was so good that I will not miss a Ted Nugent event that comes to Pittsburgh or anywhere close. Ted rocked the whole night and nobody even thought of sitting down. He kept the crowd standing all night with his unending energy and guitar skills.
What an awesome show! I saw him a few years ago and it's like he doesn't age. Soooo much energy. Loved it! Uncle Ted and his band are the best... :)
My comments are short and sweet, Ted is a Rock God!!
Thanks Ted and Guys for a awesome show in the "Burgh".
Uncle Ted put on a show that rocked all three rivers and every building in Pittsburgh. I will definitely try to see him again this year.
As usual, Ted put on an energy-filled, hard-driving concert when he was at the LC Pavilion in Columbus. He went a solid two hours and effectively never stopped. Covering all of the classic Nugent songs, he mixed in some new ones as well. Overall an excellent show.
Loved the show, Nugent is full of so much energy. I remember seeing him as a teen and enjoyed him just as much now than as i did 25 years ago.
Nearly 2 hours of non-stop, high energy rock and roll from the man with the well earned nickname of Motor City Madman! Ted Nugent came to Pittsburgh to rock and left the boisterous crowd satisfied with the evening. This was an adult show laced with some heavy language but what else was to be expected. Nugent showed his mastery of the guitar throughout the evening with superb play especially at the beginning of Cat Scratch Fever and through Stranglehold. His play during Stranglehold was simply excellent. A lot of superb music from a 3 man band! The encore of Great White Buffalo climaxed with Nugent firing a flaming arrow through the guitar that he just played with, a superb ending. A crowd pleasing, very high energy concert that contained superb play of all his hits.
Uncle Ted is simply the BEST! Rember in November. Throw the Pigs out.
This was one of the best concerts that I have been too in a long while, I have been going to concerts for 35 years. This show was truely incrediable....
