    Fun night

by DrewD on 11/11/22Amaturo Theater at Broward Center - Ft Lauderdale

A fun night with upbeat symphony that had great talent and personality. The symphony is my favorite in South Florida. The Broward Performing Arts Center is a bit far from me from where I live in Miami, but a clean and well built facility, with great valet.

by Philly Willy on 4/15/22Amaturo Theater at Broward Center - Ft Lauderdale

My best friend and I had a fabulous time. It was more than we expected. We were so happy that three vocalists were there to really top off the experience. We are thinking to look into next season tickets.

    Loved it

by Kiki on 3/18/22Amaturo Theater at Broward Center - Ft Lauderdale

The music was beautiful and I really enjoyed. The negatives - the woman on her phone texting for half the performance after intermission and that folks were not seated after intermission...both were very distracting. Basically rude people! I plan to come more often and hope for less distractions.

    A JOYFUL CONCERT

by HOTLIPS on 12/8/21Amaturo Theater at Broward Center - Ft Lauderdale

THE MUSICAL SELECTIONS WERE "SPOT ON" AND PERFORMED BY OUTANDING MUSICIANS AND SINGERS WHO WERE INSPIRED BY AN EXCEPTIONAL CONDUCTOR. WE WISH MR WALKER, THE GUEST CONDUCTOR RETURNS AGAIN AND AGAIN; HE'S FLAT-OUT FUN AND A JOY TO WATCH.

    Superbe!

by Rose-Laure on 12/8/21Amaturo Theater at Broward Center - Ft Lauderdale

Saturday December 4th, 2021 last Concert was superbe. Young Conductor William Garfield Walker gave an wonderful performance along with the Symphony team. Second performance was joined by the Florida Singing Sons wish my son used to be part of before Covid-19, and the NBPS Concert Choir. I always attended the Symphony when in town during Spring & Summer season and love it. Am glad I didn’t miss it and made sure all requested proof of covid-19 test or Vaccination was done.❤️Arts, ❤️the Symphony of the Americas!

    Surprisingly Good Orchestra

by DMK on 12/6/21Amaturo Theater at Broward Center - Ft Lauderdale

This was my first Symphony of the Americas concert. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the orchestra. The guest conductor was terrific, as was concertmaster Scott Flavin and the entire violin section. Scott played beautifully. Bravo!

Concert was fabulous. I can’t wait to see the Symphony of the America’s with Pablo Mielgo again. When I tried to pull up my ticket it took several times to connect. I was getting panicky.

    Fantastic Piazzolla

by espoc on 11/5/21Amaturo Theater at Broward Center - Ft Lauderdale

We've been deprived of live classical music for too long! The sound of a nice big orchestra, a great bandoneon player, Piazzolla's immortal music all made for a wonderful evening. Buenos Aires symphony was a revelation - never heard the work before.

We did not enjoy the evening

by Goldie on 11/5/21Amaturo Theater at Broward Center - Ft Lauderdale

This should have been billed as an evening of Classical music. The first half with the Accordion player was quite good; the 2nd half was mournful music.
