Excellent performers, taking cues from each other for a homogenous blend.
Congrats to Adrian and all the artists. Sunday concert was brilliant. On a scale of 1 to 10 - an 11!
Even in the seats on the ‘next to the last row’ this was a show for the Ages! The clarinetist and pianist gave a compelling performance together, with charming synchronicity! The violinist, playing with a pianist and cellist, played with soothing passion as her foot raised off the floor as she performed! The trio was superb! The pianist deserves special mention. He has a magical quality to his style! The Inuit throat singing was remarkable! Most folks have not seen anything even remotely approximating such musical divinations! The perfect sounds made were accompanied by taps, pats, and slaps of the body onto itself and onto the floor before a wardrobe change from biker shorts and a sports bra into an elegant simple long dress to play the venerated marimba and pursue more Inuit throat singing! Wow! Terrific! The entire concert was memorable and balanced, with a mix of peerless music and sounds! Thank you, Camerata Pacifica, for yet another winning cultural experience! The Scherr is a lovey venue, intimate and ample at the same time! To all involved, ‘Bravo!’
