Subtronics has emerged as a visionary force in electronic music, continually reshaping the landscape through fearless innovation and evolution. Celebrated for his intricate sound design, explosive energy, and genre-defying performances, his meteoric rise reflects a relentless drive to push creative boundaries and transform with every release. From sold-out arenas to landmark bookings at Coachella and the Las Vegas Sphere, Subtronics has ascended from underground favorite to global headliner.
Born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, he began his musical journey on the drums at a young age. He taught himself electronic music production in high school, which established the precision and creative curiosity that has defined his sound.
Subtronics' debut album, 'FRACTALS' (2022), introduced cinematic themes that fused emotional melodies with his cutting-edge production style. The album debuted at No. 4 on Billboard's Dance/Electronic Albums chart and trended globally over "K-pop" on Twitter/X, an indicator of his cultural reach and passionate fanbase.
In 2024, he expanded his soundscapes with sophomore album, 'TESSERACT' which debuted at No. 3 among North American releases on Spotify, No. 1 on Apple Music's Dance chart, and No. 5 on Billboard's Dance/Electronic Albums chart.
Subtronics announced 'FIBONACCI' - his forthcoming two-part album, live from the Ultra Music Festival mainstage in March 2025. The complete body of work will be available on December 5, 2025, via his imprint, Cyclops Recordings. The label was founded in December of 2020, and is home to a roster of forward-thinking producers, along with the majority of Subtronics' catalog.
Beyond the studio, Subtronics has cultivated a network of prestigious live experiences that mirror the scale and ambition of his music through his own branded events. His three-day Cyclops Dome takeover in 2023 at the Tacoma Dome, in Tacoma, WA, redefined live production with a fully immersive ceiling of motorized LED panels. His three-day open-air festival, Cyclops Cove, at Sunset Cove Amphitheater in Boca Raton, FL, and Cyclops Rocks, a double-header at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, CO, have become destination events for fans. Backed by sold-out arena tours, distinguished Las Vegas residencies, and a record-breaking sold-out-six-night run at The Shrine in Los Angeles, he has become a defining force on mainstages across the globe.
Celebrated for his origin in dubstep, Subtronics has evolved far beyond any single genre, crafting a distinct identity built on constant growth, bold experimentation, and an unshakable commitment to originality. Each chapter of his career reinforces his technical brilliance and role as a boundary-breaking artist, shaping the future of electronic music.

Great show. HORRIBLE oversold venue. No space anywhere. Extremely and I mean extremely packed. I’ve been to hundreds of shows and this one was by far the worst in terms of room. Constantly told to stay inside a green line or to go to the back… the back was also packed and no matter where you went. Oversold. Not cool.
Third time at a rave. Second time seeing Subtronics since The Tabernacle in 2020. Best Riddim/EDM DJ on the planet. Concert was NUTS. All Supporting DJs put out a show that I can’t even put into words. All Artists went over their time limit and DELIVERED to the fans. 6 1/2 hours of RAGE, could not ask for more, Cyclops Master threw DOWN. Loyal fan for life. Jesse is the goat. Nice venue at the Coca-Cola Roxy.

The show was great. Entry was quick and painless. Bag policies are obnoxious, but I understand why they’re in place. I had several problems inside. I arrived early knowing the show was sold out so I could secure a spot. While holding my spot, I had 3 separate people try to literally shove me out of the way for a better view, when I had clearly been there for hours. Venue staff would not do anything since no one witnessed the incident aside from those around me. I don’t see how anyone could have an enjoyable experience when the crowd was so dense it was almost impossible to see anything. Also, charging SEVEN FIFTY FOR A CAN OF WATER is a great way to let your patrons know that you don’t care about their safety, especially in such a dense crowd.
Too many people!!!!! Other than that the show was great.
Staff were friendly as usual, all of the artists had an amazing set and everyone there was awesome! Had a great time with a bunch of my good friends!
The artist himself did an amazing job and and I really loved the production and sound quality. For the overall experience, the event was miserably packed and felt oversold. There were some really rude and mean people in the crowd and every issues developed around us. In addition, there needs to be adjustments made to the bag size allowed in!!! At minimum smaller Fanny packs should be allowed, you are required to have an ID, a vax card and your phone for ticketing but not really any size bag! The size should be large enough to include small Fanny packs!
the show was awesome. everything about the show was awesome. the one drink per person rule, not awesome. the rude staff (except for the big men at the rail) tried to clock me for things i was wearing. the staff kicked us out of the venue as soon as the show ended (even tho we told them multiple times we were waiting on our ride) and kicked all the half naked people out in the 20° weather. AND the streets were filled with perverts asking the concert-goers to come back to their place “to warm up”. poor move on their part. the staff put the audience in danger and i lost most respect for this venue.
All sets went hard and the venue was also a big plus everything wasn’t a hassle to get to inside and getting in process was quick!
Amazing huge venue and Subtronics was mind blowing, definitely one of the best shows I’ve been to!
Show was sold out so expected to be busy. Drink lines were quick, bathroom not so much. Experience was fun!
Subtronics was great but it was way too packed. Shouldve sold way less tickets, not to mention theres a pandemic going on
It was so claustrophobic- way too small of a venue for that kind of event. People were so rude. It was so confusing even finding where to go.
Great event, WAMU should stop requiring clear bags. I’d like to be able to bring in ibuprofen for my 30 yr old spine pls & thank you.
The people, staff and DJs were great. One of my funnest times in recent memory
It was amazing! The set, the seats, everything was just amazing! I was so happy with everything with this concert!!
Poor sound level before subtronics came to scene, and then the sound was too loud when he was performing. I have pain in my ears 4 days after. What sa a cheap lowball move from him to make his sound much louder.
It’s great, the light shows and visuals are amazing
The app made it very easy for entry. The staff were all helpful. The show was amazing ! Loved to be with the fam again ! Also sound system was great! Went to boogie t at the same venue recently and this was much better in terms of atmosphere! Places for opportunity: - laserssss! The lights were a little weak but ok - stay open later! I know there were after events but over 30 min away and is not a really smart thing to do. Many people already traveled 30min-2hr that I know of just to get to Pontiac. Hopefully the clubs next door will be staffed and fully opened soon:)
