Born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, he began his musical journey on the drums at a young age. He taught himself electronic music production in high school, which established the precision and creative curiosity that has defined his sound.
Subtronics' debut album, 'FRACTALS' (2022), introduced cinematic themes that fused emotional melodies with his cutting-edge production style. The album debuted at No. 4 on Billboard's Dance/Electronic Albums chart and trended globally over "K-pop" on Twitter/X, an indicator of his cultural reach and passionate fanbase.
In 2024, he expanded his soundscapes with sophomore album, 'TESSERACT' which debuted at No. 3 among North American releases on Spotify, No. 1 on Apple Music's Dance chart, and No. 5 on Billboard's Dance/Electronic Albums chart.
Subtronics announced 'FIBONACCI' - his forthcoming two-part album, live from the Ultra Music Festival mainstage in March 2025. The complete body of work will be available on December 5, 2025, via his imprint, Cyclops Recordings. The label was founded in December of 2020, and is home to a roster of forward-thinking producers, along with the majority of Subtronics' catalog.
Beyond the studio, Subtronics has cultivated a network of prestigious live experiences that mirror the scale and ambition of his music through his own branded events. His three-day Cyclops Dome takeover in 2023 at the Tacoma Dome, in Tacoma, WA, redefined live production with a fully immersive ceiling of motorized LED panels. His three-day open-air festival, Cyclops Cove, at Sunset Cove Amphitheater in Boca Raton, FL, and Cyclops Rocks, a double-header at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, CO, have become destination events for fans. It was so lit the experience was just amazing! The people around me we’re nice and it was just a good vibe all around the place and it was really fun! Definitely coming here a lot more often
I haven’t been to the Sylvee before and this venue was insaneeee! So so cool and the show was an 11/10 for all performers! Would love to have them back again 🤩

it started a bit early and ended early but all the sets were amazing and i had such a blast

The most literall bomb experience. Subtronics and Boogie T played at the Sylvee in Madison. It was hella cold waiting in line but totally worth it. We lucked out and got the best seats in the house and got rocked by the subs the entire time. Jesse messed up his back on stage and continued to light up and give us a dope show. If you have an opprtunity to see them, dont hesitate. JUST DO IT.
Title says it all, the shwos are usually fire but when we need more space to shuffle and flow!
This is one of the worst venues in philly as far as security and the egos they carry with them. There is not an artist that could bring me back to this venue if they played there. Go anywhere else in philly
Honestly, I don’t even know where to begin hahaha. It was hands down the best night of my life. Subtronics absolutely killed it, as did Boogie T and what I saw from Dirt Monkey (had to miss some of the openers, unfortunately). The staff at echo were even better than my previous experiences, which was already a hard thing to do. All in all, the night still feels surreal. Can’t wait for more nights like that
I had a blast! It was the first time being at echo since being taken over by insomniac, it wasn’t as hot as it normally can be which was great. sound quality superb per usual as well as the overall production. great night!
They oversell the tickets and it was so crowded there was barely any room to stand. Everyone was overflowing into the hallways and by the entrance. Getting grabbed in the ass by a random stranger wasn’t fun either. Never going to a sold out show again! They obviously oversell it. I’ve been trying to sell my Rezz tickets for the same reason but theyre non transferable and I’ve emailed Ticketmaster AND echostage with no luck (echo didn’t even bother to write back). Echostage is not what it used to be.
The music was fantastic and I love Subtronics so I'm happy I was able to see him perform. However, this is probably one of the last times I'll be going to a show at Echostage. Echostage severely oversells shows these days, to the point that even standing in the way back against the sound booth we could hardly move, let alone dance. It's not comfortable or fun when you're packed in like sardines...
Ive been coming to echostage for years and have never seen a show so oversold. To say it was shoulder to shoulder is an understatement. There were times the crowd compressed and i had to brace to keep my girlfriend from being crushed. It was impossible to move through the crowd. Unable to comment on the production because it was so packed out. Would have been much better to have two nights b2b so the line wasnt all the way around the corner.

Jesse is such a fantastic artist and I have literally drove hours to see him live and seen him almost every Boston stop he has. He’s always amazing and humble and kind. He brings amazing talent with him. Hopefully next time VIP is an option but I totally get why it’s not right now because of covid.
Subtronics, Boogie T, and Level Up did amazing! Best show I’ve seen in a long time. The venue however- yikes dog. Drink prices are outrageous and security is ridiculously way too strict. Thankfully I had no problems but they were legitimately considering taking my hair scrunchie. 😂 my hair is down to the middle of back. That’s a little unnecessary.
Absolutely sick show. Made an amazing atmosphere for the fans. The set was beastly and left me with none stop chills! 🖤🖤🖤
