Subtronics has emerged as a visionary force in electronic music, continually reshaping the landscape through fearless innovation and evolution. Celebrated for his intricate sound design, explosive energy, and genre-defying performances, his meteoric rise reflects a relentless drive to push creative boundaries and transform with every release. From sold-out arenas to landmark bookings at Coachella and the Las Vegas Sphere, Subtronics has ascended from underground favorite to global headliner.
Born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, he began his musical journey on the drums at a young age. He taught himself electronic music production in high school, which established the precision and creative curiosity that has defined his sound.
Subtronics' debut album, 'FRACTALS' (2022), introduced cinematic themes that fused emotional melodies with his cutting-edge production style. The album debuted at No. 4 on Billboard's Dance/Electronic Albums chart and trended globally over "K-pop" on Twitter/X, an indicator of his cultural reach and passionate fanbase.
In 2024, he expanded his soundscapes with sophomore album, 'TESSERACT' which debuted at No. 3 among North American releases on Spotify, No. 1 on Apple Music's Dance chart, and No. 5 on Billboard's Dance/Electronic Albums chart.
Subtronics announced 'FIBONACCI' - his forthcoming two-part album, live from the Ultra Music Festival mainstage in March 2025. The complete body of work will be available on December 5, 2025, via his imprint, Cyclops Recordings. The label was founded in December of 2020, and is home to a roster of forward-thinking producers, along with the majority of Subtronics' catalog.
Beyond the studio, Subtronics has cultivated a network of prestigious live experiences that mirror the scale and ambition of his music through his own branded events. His three-day Cyclops Dome takeover in 2023 at the Tacoma Dome, in Tacoma, WA, redefined live production with a fully immersive ceiling of motorized LED panels. His three-day open-air festival, Cyclops Cove, at Sunset Cove Amphitheater in Boca Raton, FL, and Cyclops Rocks, a double-header at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, CO, have become destination events for fans. Backed by sold-out arena tours, distinguished Las Vegas residencies, and a record-breaking sold-out-six-night run at The Shrine in Los Angeles, he has become a defining force on mainstages across the globe.
Celebrated for his origin in dubstep, Subtronics has evolved far beyond any single genre, crafting a distinct identity built on constant growth, bold experimentation, and an unshakable commitment to originality. Each chapter of his career reinforces his technical brilliance and role as a boundary-breaking artist, shaping the future of electronic music.
Everything about it was amazing, the energy of the crowd to the music. One of the best concerts I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to a lot.
The state theater is notorious for having a total absence of deep bass for bass music shows. I can get better sound at home on my own equipment. Good venue otherwise. But the lack of bass is sort of a joke.
I had a great time at the Fillmore seeing Subtronics. The wait to get in wasn’t long at all. The bar has a variety of drinks but they are expensive. The bathroom could have been a little cleaner. At one point the trash cans were over flowing & one of the paper towel machines was jammed. The women’s bathroom should sell menstrual products. I got my period at the concert and was out of luck. Overall, good experience.
It’s nice that the shows sell out but it’s too crowded to be fun
Shared my greatest memories with my close friends !
First off, Subtronics, Hesh, and the other DJ's played an outstanding show. I've been to many concerts at the Orlando House of Blues, and I love the close, packed, party style atmosphere of the venue. That said, this show was packed to the point of being borderline intolerable. You were literally touching someone on all sides and there was no way to dance and enjoy the show.
The fans have so much passion and the performers were on fire. Love it
The venue was nice, it was pretty pack in the center area but still had a great time. Nice people and nice vibes all around.
It’s Subtronics so just be prepared for an amazing show. The crowd was so much fun to be in.
We arrived at 7 for the doors to open at 8 because all of us knew how the security is. We get inside have fun for the openers and then Subtronics comes on. I have never seen a worse/rude crowd as bad as that in my time. It was so overcrowded. That venue sucks
For someone who has been spoiled with space bass and other experimental bass, this concert didnt really hit the spot. The lack in variation in drop after drop kind of bored me. Great artistx just the mix was lackluster, all love to Jesse Though!
The show in itself was absolutely amazing and every DJ that night killed it. Just sucked that The Fillmore shuts everything down at 11pm. Every set got cut short and everyone was forced out of the doors right at 11. Show was a blast, venue not so much
SO amazing! loved this concert. thanks for a great time
What a wonderful show and thankful for the hard working people that night
Amazing time at the venue as always! Great vibe and beautiful music! Can’t wait to see him again at Bonnaroo!
Honestly, as hard as it may seem, steer away from the aragon unless you are a 6'9 200 ibs man. They oversell tickets making it impossible to fit all those people in there. The concord is so much better and you have more room to dance/breathe/ and simply move around. my experience at the aragon was a 2/10 but subtronics obviously is a 10/10 will never miss a set of his again.
This was my first time at this venue and its a really cool place. They have a checkered floor which I've never seen and thought was creative. The staff was very friendly and parking was easy.
Best Aragon experience. Never this good before. Enough space to vibe. Good flow through security. Need to advertise what’s allowed vs not better since it fluctuates show to show here. Security st rails was incredible. Helpful attentive and served water observantly.
Subtronics never fails to blow my mind. Such an amazing night.
So the show itself was INSANE. subtronics THREW DOWN. My only complaint is that it was insanely crowded
