If you could close your eyes, you honestly felt like you were listening to the Beatles. They were great performers for sure and excellent musicians. It was definitely an enjoyable experience.

Great food, Great venue, great band!

by slicz on 2/9/16B.B. King Blues Club & Grill - New York

First of all, this is a small cozy atmosphere where you get a wonderful personal experience. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Next the food. We were very happy with the food choices; the menu can be found online at the B. B. Kings website. Aside from the normal breakfast/brunch fare you will find delicious catfish, jambalaya and rice, chicken and mac'n'cheese. All of the food is plentiful and available both before the performance and throughout the entire show. Strawberry Fields came on promptly at 12:00 with a set of legendary early Beatles songs. This is a band to see for a fun day. Besides sounding incredibly like the Beatles, they have a fantastic rapport with the audience. They never make the mistake of taking themselves too seriously. They joke with the audience members and gave our Jersey table a lot of attention. After a short break, they came back in Sargent Pepper attire and did a wild electric mystical set...and then a quick change for Abbey Road/White album. I strongly recommend this show. They have been doing this show for years and still keep it fresh and new.

Star berry Fields- a must see!

by tobetori on 2/2/16B.B. King Blues Club & Grill - New York

If you even have the slightest interest in The Beatles, I strongly suggest going to see Strawberry Fields! The Beatles Brunch was a blast. I took my mom for her 65th birthday and it was amazing to see her in her element singing and dancing to every song. A memory I will have for the rest of my life, thanks to Strawberry Fields! Very very talented group of musicians.

Like listening and watching the Beatles Live !

by Russoradio on 12/30/15B.B. King Blues Club & Grill - New York

A spectacular performance ! Fabulous harmonies ! Wonderful song selections spanning the entire beatle collection of music. Close your eyes and you can easily mistake this for a live beatle performance ! The vocals from " Paul" are even stronger than what Paul actually can do himself today ! " Paul" did remind me that he is younger than mr. McCartney but this performance was amazing in every regard . This was indeed a rare opportunity to be able to watch and listen to the Beatles live! Without the screaming ! Haaaaa 4 amazingly talented performers who at quick glance also look like the Beatles ! Don't miss this if you are in New York and love the beatles !!!

Fell short in all except the sound

by Showgoer2015 on 11/10/15B.B. King Blues Club & Grill - New York

The sound was authentic and we really liked the singing. So sound-wise, this was a first rate show. The food was atrocious and the musicians made little attempt to appear like the individuals they represented.

Must see for any Beatles fan.

by Jryancb on 10/17/15B.B. King Blues Club & Grill - New York

Simply put, these guys love what they do. And it's infectious. Members from the original "Beatlemania" cast pay tribute like no other. Thanks for a great time!

not happy and a waste of money!

by DKP0611 on 7/28/15B.B. King Blues Club and Grill - New York

the food was not good it was a buffet but the eggs were soggy and there wasnt much choice. drinks were not included and the music was not that good. did not play popular beatles songs and played some other music which i was not interested in. left midway through and would not recommend this show to anyone. I was truly disappointed and was really excited to go. went with 3 other people and they were more unsatisfied than me.

    Sadly, very disappointing

by Anonymous on 7/21/15B.B. King Blues Club and Grill - New York

We wanted this to be good but it is showing age on all fronts from the theater to the performance to the awful food. Time for an overhaul. Sadly we left very disappointed.

    Worth It

by CAC30 on 5/19/15B.B. King Blues Club and Grill - New York

For $60 it really is a great Deal. The Strawberry Fields band was excellent. They looked and sounded like the Beatles. The drink prices as you could imagine in NYC are high and they add an hefty tip for themselves (even though it is a buffet), but it was a very fun experience. Oh yeah....they need to wash their carpet. You stick to the floor

    LIke being there

by Bumblethatch on 4/2/15B.B. King Blues Club and Grill - New York

Second time I've seen this show in eight years, and it is only getting better. While they have UNnecessarilly enlarged the video segments that intro each act of the two-act show, that doesn't spoil too much. These guys have musicianship, enough of a look-alike quality, and most of all integrity. Doing the same show as long as they have you might think they'd get bored and stuff improvising the music. But no, they are for real playing the notes and singing the way The Beatles themselves did. As "Paul" said to me during the intermission, "Why try to improve on the best?" I do wish the boys had made their intermission costume change (into Sgt Pepper gear), but I understand the heat in the club was too much for them to do that. Fix that B.B.!! By the way, B.B.'s always has great food; and this buffet is no exception. And plenty of it! Go to reminisce; go to intro the kids to the greatest band ever; just go to enjoy!

Very close to the Real Thing.....

by BeatleManiac75 on 3/23/15B.B. King Blues Club and Grill - New York

Ok, they didn't sound like the band 100% in the singing sense, BUT they looked like em, sported the same clothes and musically matched them. Their instrumentation and amplification were the same with the Ringo Ludwig drum set, the hofner bass, the gretsch, rickenbacher and casino guitars.

    Fun with the Beatles

by TherSue on 3/17/15B.B. King Blues Club and Grill - New York

Strawberry fields - A Tribute to the Beatles was delightful. The band sounded authentic and the "John" impersonator was funny and charismatic. The choice of music was wonderful and I especially liked when the audience was invited to sing and actively participate. Everyone seemed to be having a lot of fun - I know my family and I had a blast.

This was a Christmas gift for my boyfriend who loves the Beatles he was so overwhelmed at the show and the thoughtful gift, its days later and he's still on cloud 9. I wish they would have played more of the older stuff but in any case I am happy we went and would certainly say this is a must see show for everyone of all ages.
