About

Under the moniker Still Woozy, Portland-based singer-songwriter/producer Sven Gamsky makes psychedelic alternative music with a homespun mix of acoustic and electronic instruments. On his debut album released in 2021, If This Isn't Nice, I Don't Know What Is, Gamsky ultimately redefines the limits of modern pop, introducing elements of soul, folk, and psychedelia into a wildly infectious sound that immediately leaves a lasting impact. He shared an ingeniously detailed body of work, including beloved singles "Window," "That's Life," and "Woof," and graces each song with the uplifting energy he brought to the stage at major festivals like Coachella and Lollapalooza and a sold out If This Isn't Nice Tour across North America and Europe. With his distinctive blend of dreamy melodies and innovative soundscapes, Still Woozy continues to captivate audiences, solidifying his place as a unique and influential force in the contemporary music landscape. With a sophomore album, Loveseat, due for release on June 28, Still Woozy returns with a new single "Shotput" out now.

Over all was really good and I’d definitely go back

by Tony on 6/4/22The Factory - Chesterfield

Really cool venue, inside is really nice. Still woozy was super cool to see in person. Nothing really bad to say other than some security lady or something was taking her job way to seriously. Like in the middle of some songs throughout the show she would shove through everyone demanding they show wrist bands shine a flashlight in peoples faces. Then apparently someone left a can of water out, or didn’t throw it in the trash. She went around asking everyone in the middle of the concert if it was theirs shining a light in the faces again. So that was pretty annoying. But other than that loved the experience.

    Fantastic

by dz on 6/3/22Old National Centre - Indianapolis

My boyfriend and I are currently long distance, and we were able to see each other for the first time in a couple months because of this concert. We both love Still Woozy so it was so nice to have that experience together. We saw Dodie in the Egyptian Room in February, and I’ve seen so many concerts here in the past. It’s always a pleasure coming here, and I definitely will again and again in the future.

    Venue wasn’t it

by Jack on 5/25/22Hard Rock Live Orlando - Orlando

Sven did great, only qualm was the music quality from the venue and that people didn’t really know how to act (sitting on the floor, trying to save a spot in standing GA) I get there will always be people like that at every concert, but this one really took the cake

    Absolutely Incredible

    by K. S. on 5/23/22

Such high energy, his vocals were amazing, as were his dance moves. Harry was great on drums! Sven was so active with the crowd. Ugh, amazing. I can’t get over it.

    Lost a Fan

by Lost a Fan on 3/12/22

Was a huge fan and very excited to see him live. However, he was not live at all! He played the back track of every song which was the album version. He was jumping around the stage and his mic was in his hand but no where near his face but the song and vocals kept going even though there was no singing. Same with the drummer and bassist. Having a back track is one thing but lip syncing is another. I paid to see a live show and if I wanted to hear something recorded, I would've saved my money and just listened to the album at home. Very sad. Also, he had two openers that played for about 2.5 hours total and his set (the headliner!) lasted only about 45mins to an hour... very strange and very disappointing. I will say, he had great energy and got the crowd excited but some of that energy and excitement should have gone to ACTUALLY singing.

    Great until the fire alarm

by LLV on 3/7/22Knitting Factory Concert House - Boise - Boise

The concert was great. This was my daughter's first concert. She saved her money to attend. Unfortunately it was shut down early due to a fire alarm. There should be a partial refund given to all those who attended.

it was great besides the fire alarm

by jos on 3/2/22Knitting Factory Concert House - Boise - Boise

the fire alarm went off halfway through still woozy set and everyone had to evacuate the building, leaving me not get the full experience, as well as many others who purchased their ticket to the show. i spent well over 100$ on this ticket and i don’t feel like i got the best experience for that price which is kind of disappointing in all honesty. i was unable to purchase merchandise for the show as well which was another sad fact.

The concert was really good until the set got interrupted by the fire alarm being pulled. I still haven't been contacted about my belongings that were left in coat check due to evacuating the venue :(

    Bad and sad

by M on 3/1/22Knitting Factory Concert House - Boise - Boise

Concert was at 8. There were two openers that almost took an hour each! Woozy went on two and a half hours after the start time and then we had to leave 20 minutes later. 0/10

I love this band so much

by Em on 3/1/22Knitting Factory Concert House - Boise - Boise

But only three songs into the show the show was stopped. These tickets weren’t cheap but I love supporting artists I love and there was no effort made to refund or help the fact we didn’t get to see any of the show :(
