STEPHEN KELLOGG IN CONCERT:
For the past two decades Americana singer-songwriter Stephen Kellogg has been warming hearts with his genuine lyrics, gentle guitar strumming, and inspiring live performances. Kellogg’s uplifting music is a reflection of his charitable spirit – he’s performed for American troops overseas, and every year he donates proceeds from his music to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital. This same compassionate generosity permeates his live concerts, and the communal atmosphere he creates when he performs makes emotional songs like “Thanksgiving” and “Satisfied Man” all the more powerful. Paste Magazine called his 2016 album South, West, North, East “a triumph”, and ticket buyers lucky enough to experience the new material in concert will undoubtedly be moved by Kellogg’s infectious warmth and positivity.
BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
Pennsylvania-born Stephen Kellogg began performing as a singer-songwriter in the mid-‘90s after interning at a music venue in Northampton, MA. He released several albums in the late ‘90s but really hit his stride in 2003 when he formed Stephen Kellogg and the Sixers. Over the better part of the next decade Kellogg and the Sixers became an Americana mainstay, releasing five albums and playing more than 1000 shows before disbanding in 2012. Since then Kellogg has continued to record and perform both solo and with former members of the Sixers. In 2013 he released the album Blunderstone Rookery, and later that year he gave a TED Talk on the subject of job satisfaction. For his 2016 album South, West, North, East Kellogg recorded each section of the album with producers and musicians from different regions of the US, and the result was a wildly diverse collection that showcased the many facets of his considerable songwriting talents.

He was absolutely amazing and should be headlining. Still in awhhh over his talent and the fun he brings to the show. Hell my favorite band was hanging in the audience but i was too engaged to stray away. Thank you, Stephen for an amazing night.
Stephen Kellogg should be playing arenas. The way he connects to people through his stories and music is awesome. He started the show in the audience and ended it there as well. He has a personal connection with his audience that draws people in
Tour de 40 was amazing! Stephen played for 2.5 hours with some other great musicians. It was a fabulous night!
Stephen Kellogg is one of the most honest and most incredible artist you will ever see. He sings from the heart and and you leave that show with a better soul and inspired. I don't know how else to describe it except if you have not been to an SK show go you will not regret it if u open yourself up to it!
SK never disappoints. His energy is incredible and the heart and soul he pours into his shows make for unforgettable memories. My favorite live performer by far. This show was unreal--he and the band gave it their all and really connected to the audience.

Excellent live show!!! Played lots of my favorite songs and plenty of songs off the new album South, West, North, East. Just the right mix of sing-along and new material for 2+ hours!
I have been to SK's concert 11 times now, and the man never disappoints! He always connects with the crowd, and has great music. The music seems to come alive whenever he sings it in person.

Stephen Kellogg put on an incredible show! He was very personable with the audience. The Basement is a great, small venue where the audience can interact with the performers. Highly recommend! Jerry DePizzo of O.A.R. joined in for a couple songs!
