Steep Canyon Rangers Tickets

Attended first live concert since Covid began and was not disappointed. The SCR are a multitalented group with excellent musicians and great songs. Enjoyed the Birchmere and appreciated the safety protocols.

The turnout for the concert was not great and I was concerned that might impact their performance. Wow! It did not. They came to deliver. I don’t know if it was the intimate setting or post pandemic euphoria, but they killed it. I’m still feeling the afterglow.

It was such an easy process. Once my wife purchased the tickets I was able to put my ticket in my phones wallet. Digital is so easy.

Great show with the Rangers really hitting on all great songs new and old. The concert was great with the Greensboro Symphony!! If you get a chance to see the Steep Canyon Rangers you ought to go!! Super group!!

Oh my goodness, y’all. What an amazing concert. I have loved The Steep Canyon Rangers for awhile, but this was my first live performance. Bought the tickets last May as a February birthday surprise for my husband. I was blown away! The talent of that group is beyond anything I have ever seen. I am already planning a trip to see them in Asheville. Put one of their concerts on your bucket list. If you have the opportunity, go see them. You will not be the same! I have had their sound in my head for days! They are FANTASTIC! AMAZING! UNBELIEVABLE! I loved every minute of their performance!

Everything about the SCR concert was great! Parked with ease, seats were good, opening act cute and quirky! Brought a newbie with us who was worried after the opening act, fun for us to watch the Rangers BLOW HIM AWAY! They are so good it’s unreal. Perfect venue for them, as we want to be close to them to watch the madness. Here’s five stars from four old geezers!

Their live sound is just as rich and satisfying as their album sound- very talented. I enjoyed thier instrumental improv and percussion pieces. A fun time and overall enjoyable experience.

I have been following SCR for many years and while they always put on a great show, they were really exceptional this time. Suits are out, full drum kit is in, and while my traditional bluegrass heart wrestles to fully embrace the drums, I know and appreciate that this band needs to evolve. Loved the covers of Neil Young, Tom Petty and James Taylor songs--these stellar musicians and their killer harmonies can grass-up others' music any ole' time! Finally, there was a casualness that I haven't seen before at an indoor venue. They really seemed to be having fun, more so than in days of past when they put on a seamless, precise show. I was sad because they were changing but thrilled because the changes were so good!! I am going to see them again in a couple of weeks at a festival in Georgia--Papa Joe's Banjo B Q--and can't wait to see what treats playing in that atmosphere brings.

A Saturday night performance by The Steep Canyon Rangers at The Bijou in Knoxville is a match made in heaven. The Rangers are a terrific band live. Their talent level is top notch. The addition of a new bass player with a nice voice and a multi dimensional drummer has strengthened their sound. The harmonies are solid. Catch this band in concert as they are at the pinnacle.

The Band is a collection of very talented musicians and singers who really know how to put on a show and interact with the audience. A must see if you love Bluegrass music!

Bring back the cajon, lose the drums. Percussion way to loud for intimate setting like Bijou Theater.

Our seats in balcony were perfect. I have only been there once before. Steep Canyon Rangers are just about the most talented guys in bluegrass, they are in a division of their own. Every time I see them, they just keep getting better and better. They seem like nice guys too. Awesome entertainer s!

The band was astoundingly good! I LOVE bluegrass, but even my boyfriend who attended with me (who doesn't care for bluegrass) said that the musicians were incredible.

I loved the SCR show on Friday night! This was the 3rd time we've seen them and I loved the venue. We've had to stand in the past and it was nice to not have to do that. The music and performance was AWESOME!! It was non-stop and I loved how they started with one song, transitioned into another and then back to the original song! What a jam session!

This is our third time at a Steep Canyon Rangers performance. They really are high energy and put on a wonderful show. We brought friends who had never seen them and they were also really impressed. Great artists!

Good venue. No bad seats. The acoustics are surprisingly good for this old of a building.
