Just as good as back in the day! Would go see them again! Rock on! š¤
The concert was great, both Riley's LA Guns and Slaughter performed great. I've been to many concerts at Ameristar they are always top of the line. I wish the drinks were more accessible.
The Slaughter concert was great!!! I canāt believe the energy the band has! The lead singers voice is incredible! Not to mention the drummer! It was a rocking concert!!! Great job guys!!! You definitely still got it!šš
It was AWESOME!! I SOOOO enjoyed seeing them again. Mark was great, one of my friends seen them a few yrs ago and told me his voice wasnt the same, well i beg to differ, he sounded just like he did yrs ago when they first came out!! I want them to come back around to the area every so often because i will definitely be there!!!!
Solid rock and sounded amazing. His voice was back and strong as ever. Missed Blas Elias but the drummer kicked ass and was very talented and quite entertaining. Great time had by all in attendance.
Had a blast! Brought back lots of memories! LA Guns was great also! I was deaf for a couple of hours afterward but thatās rock!!!šš»šš»šš»šš»
Great venue with a long of good places to enjoy the show. Slaughter put on an excellent high energy show! They rocked the place!
Great show! Slaughter sounded fantastic and great setlist.
Slaughter brought their A Game to this show. They have it all. They had incredible energy and interaction with the fans. Dana went above and beyond with his performance. Second time seeing them in the last few months and this was the best one yet
Great show great seats perfect sound had a great time and met lots of cool people
Comcert was good. Venue was outdoors which wasnt advertised
An entertaining show to be sure, and the crowd of forty- and fifty-somethings reflected it. Cannery's layout, an indoor/outdoor arrangement is good and intimate. The sound was a little off in the opening songs of Slaughter's set, but it seemed to correct itself by midway through the show. Both lead singers from Kix and Slaughter had difficulty with some of the high notes they used to hit with regularity in the old days, but time takes its toll. They did pretty well, and both bands sounded solid all things considered. At least they aren't using Autotune! I wish there'd been a little more than drumsticks and Slaughter t-shirts at the merch stand, and in fact the sticks were already sold out by time I got there. That was a bummer. I would also like to see a return to concert programs, but I have been advised at several concerts that touring acts rarely, if ever, carry them anymore inasmuch as the overhead for production is too high to make them cost effective.
Absolutely loved the show, I like the fact that they played in a smaller venue where there really weren't any bad seats. The volume was pretty loud but who doesn't want to listen to Rock that way? LOL The guys have aged but the music was still on point and sounded just like it does on the radio. Thanks for an awesome performance
Absolutely great show. Slaughter sounded great and played all the hits. Loved the venue. Canāt wait to see them again
Music was great. Kix lead singer talked too much. Sound quality could have been better (venue rentals perhaps?).
Kix opened and was really good but we were really excited to see slaughter. It was over half an hour for the break down/ set up with music blaring the whole time. Slaughter came on with super loud sirens to the point that all of the people around us were covering their ears. They started playing their first song and the expressions on everyoneās face said it all. Pure discomfort. It hurt to not be coving your ears. We were sitting 4th row right under the monitors so it was probably the loudest section of the venue. It was almost as if the sound guys had it tuned in for an arena in a small 1000 person amphitheater. I donāt even know if the band sounded good because all I could hear was bass and drums. We and many people around us left before they even started their third song. The people that worked at the casino were handing out free drink tickets to people leaving cause even they knew it was bad. I know this makes me sound older but Iām in my 20s! Itās been three days and my ears are still ringing talk about permanent hearing damage!
Slaughter was awesome! Can't wait to see them again!
The show was good but the venue, Ace of Spades, needs more employees or someone needs to be scheduled to check on the restrooms. The womenās bathroom had several stalls already flooded by the 2nd band. Gross.
If I had been notified of the date change! Had a lengthy live chat with TM and was supposed to receive a credit, but so far nothing.
Slaughter was awesome. We really enjoyed the show .Mark Slaughter is so nice
