I have been many Ship Wrek shows and their sets are always fresh and entertaining. Ship Wrek doesn’t miss small venue or large venue, they literally kill it!

    About Right

by 8ManEDM on 12/5/22The Grand (Boston) - Boston

Ship Wrek are fun, these are a couple of party DJs who bring that vibe of your lovable but dysfunctional college roommate, only much more talented. Given the flashes of brilliance and creativity in their music, I wonder how world-class they could be if they got “serious” - but is that what they want, or what we want from them, as part of their “f*it, let’s party” appeal? I’m curious to see what the next couple years brings for them: more of the same? Crashing on the rocks? Global domination? Sobriety? Would love to see them at a festival or small venue with soul rather than a make-expensive-look-cheap casino club. 3.5 stars on this night, but I’m tough.
