Shin Lim on Tour
Catching Shin Lim in the act is unlike watching any other magician perform. Instead of making people disappear or sawing them in half, he simply concentrates on card tricks. But he raises the level of his sleight of hand with a deck of cards to a fine art.
There's drama, music, and a kind of a ballet to Lim's magic. And he's known for performing his illusions without uttering a word, letting his hands and his cards do all the talking while his carefully curated music — Lim started out as a musician — tickles the audience's ears. Shin Lim Background
Born in Vancouver to Singaporean parents and raised in Massachusetts, Shin Lim had two passions in his youth: music and magic. He was studying music in college when he learned that he was suffering from carpal tunnel syndrome. This discovery caused him to abandon playing the piano in favor of becoming a professional magician.
He got one of his first big breaks when he was given the chance to tour in China. Since he didn't speak the language, he kept silent during his tricks, and that practice became a signature of his shows. Bringing a bold, unprecedented artistry to the realm of card tricks, Lim really began to hit it big when he worked his magic on TV's Penn & Teller: Fool Us in 2015. The performance became a social media sensation that elevated his profile dramatically. Since then, he's frequently appeared on TV, twice becoming a winner on America's Got Talent. And he tours widely, taking his illusions everywhere from Las Vegas to Broadway.
We loved the show. We saw Shim Lin as he was our entertainment at our ACCESS National conference a few years ago. He has added a lot to his show and it didn’t disappoint. I could watch him for hours. Also loved Collin Cloud, he is extremely quick witted and funny! Collin will be our entertainment at our conference this year, May 2024. If you haven’t seen Shin, you need to go!
Magic, storytelling and humor. Great show! Colin and Shin complement each other keeping the audience engaged and entertained.
Went with friends and had no idea who this person was. Pleasantly entertained and honestly had more than one outburst of “what the hell! Cmon!” Shin Lim is a master of sleight of hand close up card trickery. He did add a bit of glowing lights and piano to his show. Enjoyed his Irish opener dude as well. 👏🏼

We enjoyed every minute of Shin Lim Limitless! Shim and his opener, Colin Cloud had us thoroughly entertained throughout the entire show. They leave you wondering from one trick to the next. Be sure to participate & keep up with the audience participation card trick. You'll be astounded!
Great magician and one of the best shows in vegas by far!
How in the heck does he just make cards change from red to black, or change completely from one card to another for that matter! Or Colin Cloud’s work with numbers or reading people’s minds. It’s an interactive show. The 1st card trick involves the audience and 4 cards for each audience member. Listen carefully and it’ll work! This is the 2nd time I’ve been to the show. It just amazes me each time!!

It was a very enjoyable and fast moving show. We purchased the mid week tickets the night before the show. It was well attended. A good event for a teenager.
Shin Lim was amazing. The meet and greet for pictures and autographs after was very special. Colin Cloud was also fantastic. The two of them work very well together

Shin Lim is sheer magic. lol…the show was amazing from start to finish. Having Colin Cloud as part of the show was a welcome added bonus. He’s funny and a very talented! I highly recommend the show. It is appropriate for all ages.

Loved every second of it. Had great momentum from start to finish! Loved the back and forth between Shim and Colin performances. Audience interaction was the best! Loved it!!!
Shin lim is absolutely amazing, but his co star Colin cloud is also equally impressive. They work amazingly as a team and Colin cloud should be featured more in the posters and add because he is about 50% of the show
I enjoyed the show because Shim Lin added the mentalist Collin from AGT who really was excellent! I think without Collin, the music alone in the show may have put me to sleep. Shim is good, but needs to work on drawing the audience in.
This show was amazing. Many years ago, my husband became interested in magic and took a class on it, so we knew a few of the "tricks of the trade."I found myself completely and happily baffled by how Shin Lim and Colin Cloud performed their feats of "magic."The show is very interactive, with lots of audience participation, and the showroom was the perfect size for this show. Highly recommend!!!
Shin Lim and Colin Cloud put on a great show. Their acts had the audience spellbound and amazed. The venue was very comfortable. We sat near the front, but the close up magic was projected on a screen, so I think you could still enjoy the show from further back. Highly recommended for fans of magic
My daughter and I had a wonderful experience she was even able to go up on stage. The only negative I wasn’t able to take a photo of her being up on stage. Maybe my recommendation is when you have people do that. Maybe they can take photos and we can purchase them afterwards if we want them. Besides that it was a great night and awesome show .
