About
Sheng Wang is a Taiwanese Texan who developed and honed his comedy in the thriving standup community of the San Francisco Bay Area. He performs jokes based on personal experiences and observations and addresses common non-sense with honesty and ill logic. His refreshingly affable stage presence combined with a healthy penchant for absurdity and self-deprecation make his act hilarious and universally accessible.
He has toured with the Comedians of Comedy and American Eagle’s ‘Campus Comedy Challenge.’ He has also appeared on Comedy Central’s ‘Live at Gotham' and attended the 'Just for Laughs’ comedy festival in Montreal. Wang's half hour Comedy Central special aired in 2011. NBC also awarded him with a holding deal that same year. Wang's appearance on the John Oliver NY Stand Up Show aired in August of 2012.

The logistics and organization was top tier—in an age where everyone is getting scammed for tickets, we had a great experience. We were refunded the lounge access because they wanted people in their seats early. Parking in the theatre was great (recommend arriving when another show is letting out—plenty of parking if your patient with letting them out of a tight underground garage. Bartender hooked us all up with nice pours since we couldn’t leave our seats nice the show began. Ushers were friendly and funny getting us to our seats. Even ticket box office staff was great. Great time through and through.

He added an additional show and thank goodness he did other wise I would not have been able to attend. The staff there was amazing. The Warner Theatre was fantastic.

My boyfriend who loves comedy and has been going to shows his entire life said it was the best comedy show he's ever been to. My friends really enjoyed that his comedy is just plain funny and entertaining, not the typical raunchy cheap laughs. I cried all my makeup off and got a great ab workout.
