My wife and my electronic Christmas Letter contained links to four of Shaun's solo Christmas Songs: This Christmas Eve, Come To Save The World, Joseph's Song, and Til The Season Comes Around Again. Many people responded with how much they loved these songs.

We’ve been following Shaun since Sonic Tolfa, where he was wonderful. Since BBE started, we haven’t missed an opportunity to see them! Shaun is incredibly talented, and Theo and the band are the complete package. Shaun is my favorite singer. Every Christmas, he brings us such joy!
Shaun Johnson always put on a special show, whether it’s with Tonic Solfa or the Big Band Experience. This year was no different. Music, the set, the conversations with the audience, it’s a perfect night.
We have followed Shaun and his group for many years. Every performance is so enjoyable. The energy, wit and sound they bring to the stage is amazing. We sure would like to see them more often in the Des Moines area. I finally broke down and bought socks this year. Next year, maybe I will have to get two pairs. Lol. Great job BBE. So nice of you all to meet with everyone after the show. Can't wait until next time.
Shaun is so talented and funny. I took my sister and we both LOL'd, clapped, danced in our chairs, and thoroughly enjoyed the vocals and instrumentals. If Shaun comes back next year with a holiday show, I'll be buying tickets!
My bad that I didn’t catch that it wasn’t the ‘regular’ Tonic group or I wouldn’t have purchased tickets. We had gone every year for a number of years but will find something different now.
Music selection, arrangements, and production were fantastic. The song arrangements by Shaun and members of his band were through the roof. Arrangements were innovative and significant improvements on the arrangements of some of the most popular songs out there. Shaun's energy is non-stop and infective. Some beautiful original songs were written by Shaun. His approach and design of the Big Band Experience requires him to have excellent players in every position, which he achieved. This design allowed this 'Small Big Band' to sound like a full-blown Big Band. Absolutely innovative EVERYTHING. The only thing missing was the dance floor, which some audience members made up for by using the aisles. You want fun, happy, love; Shaun brings it.
We absolutely loved this concert. Shaun Johnson gives a great, well rounded concert with lots of humor and personality. We will definitely be attending more of his concerts.
