I took my daughter-in-law and 9 year old granddaughter to the show. At first I was worried that the show would be a little over my granddaughter’s head but that was not at all the case. She loved Shaun and the band. We were all entertained and greatly enjoyed the show. We liked the intimacy of Hoyt Sherman as well.
The music was outstanding!! Particularly enjoyed Shaun's banter with the audience between songs and meeting with fans after the concert. If you haven't seen these guys you need to take the dive and give them a shot. Love Shaun's version of Mama's Sunshine and Daddy's Rain... quite honestly, nobody else has come close to elevating this wonderful song to this level.
This was my first time seeing Shaun Johnson’s Big Band experience and it did not disappoint!! The show was amazing!!! I loved every minute of it and will definitely go again!!
Shaun is great and is backed up by a really talented group of musicians. It's a fun night of entertainment, music and humor.

The show was absolutely wonderful (as always)! Shaun has such an incredible voice and gift of humor, Theo is so talented, and the band is incredible. We do not miss a show when they’re in our area. A definitely “must see!”

Shaun is really able to "belt it out" with the band behind him, and he's at his absolute best. We thoroughly enjoyed this show - a highlight of our holiday season. It always sets the stage and gets us in the mood for Christmas.
From the beginning to the end through Shaun's bad cold (or virus), the entire time was exceptionally good. Each one of the band members were excellent and the audience was very appreciative. The little boy dancing in the first row was incredibly annoying since it was so constant throughout the entire show.
Shaun Johnson is an amazing artist. Very entertaining show. Extremely well done and was a wonderful show. It is always a pleasure to attend at the Ames center.
Shaun has a great voice and is a joy to hear and see perform. The musicians are very talented and you can tell they love to play. Saw them at the Ames Center - great venue and a special evening.
I want to see more shows. Like every month. I'm also addicted to Il Divo so maybe alternating months between the two??? Pretty good thought, hug?
Shaun is very energetic and the selection of tunes was very entertaining.
he's done well with his other group. This new Big Band group is going places. He is as humble as a person can get.

Very nice evening. Wish they would maybe mix it up a bit from year to year. When you go every year it seems too much like last years. But, Shaun Johnson is a wonderful singer and i will continue to go to this even if he would sing the exact same songs every year!
It was a wonderfully entertaining night with Shaun and the guys from the band. Incredible talent and I would definitely recommend it to friends.
