About

Imagine singing and dancing with Elmo, Abby Cadabby, Big Bird and all your favorite Sesame Street Live friends!  It's as easy as counting "1-2-3 ... Imagine!" This high-energy musical will transport audiences to far away places as Ernie captains the high seas, Elmo dances to the rhythm of the African rainforest and Bert meets an octopus who has the blues.  It's a story of adventure and fun that teaches children they can be anyone, do anything and go anywhere with the power of imagination.

Sesame Street 123 Imagine was absolutely terrific!

by Kboop on 5/9/12U.S. Bank Arena - Cincinnati

My 4 year old granddaughter absolutely loved this show, the characters were so entertaining and the non-stop movement kept her constantly entertained. If you have children this is the show for you!

Sesame Street great for those who love the show!

My 1 and 2 year old kids loved the show. It was fast-paces with lots to look at so they didn't get bored at all. We had a great time.

    1-2-3 Imagine - just okay

by Momof2Decboys1234 on 5/3/12U.S. Bank Arena - Cincinnati

My husband and I took our 2 sons, ages 2 and 4, for a morning performance. We got there an hour early to experience the Playzone that was advertised. Playzone did not live up to its name. There was no playing. And we certainly did not need to be there an hour early as advertised ("Families won't want to miss a single picture-perfect moment.") It was basically a bunch of photo ops with really not much to play with. And with everyone crowding into a hallway and trying to get pictures of their kids with the cutouts and trying to keep your kids from getting into other peoples pictures, there was a lot of chaos and screaming kids. The show itself was just okay. Somewhat held the kids interest for the first half. Definitely did not need to come back from intermission. Things throughout the arena noticeably went downhill for everyone. People were leaving in droves as toddlers had had enough of sitting and watching. I think an hour show, like Sesame Street on TV, is enough for this age groups attention span. Also should consider putting the screen for videos out more or dropping it to center as needed, as from out seats, we couldn't see anything on it.

We thought it may be a little too much for our 20 month old, but it was phenomenal. I would go back in a heart beat. Well worth the money!!!!!!!!!!!! He adored it.

    It was OK

by GramdmaKathy on 5/3/12U.S. Bank Arena - Cincinnati

The show was good and kept my grandkids interested, but it wasn't anything special. I did not like that Elmo balloons were sold during intermission. Some people were careless and kept letting them slip up into the air which blocked those behind them from seeing.

    great show. bad seats

by mom2kiddos on 5/3/12U.S. Bank Arena - Cincinnati

My 3 yr old loved the show and has asked to go again several times. LOVED the songs and neon colors. pre show "play zone" was really just photo props but the kids liked it and we got some good photos. beware-- in our venue the stage has solid sides so if you are sitting on the side angle (probably 60 degrees or greater) than you cannot see the screen or some of the other parts of the show. we moved during intermission.

    show was fun-viewing was lacking

by gmaandpop on 5/3/12U.S. Bank Arena - Cincinnati

The show was fun but the video (which was set in the rear of the stage) needs to be displayed better so that everyone can see....not just the peolpe sitting in the center of the arena. When we purchased our tickets online the only seats that kept coming up (that weren't on the floor) were along the right side of the stage...There were several elements of the show that played on a video screen set at the back of the stage and we missed most of that because you couldn't see it very well. There were plenty of empty seats in the middle of the arena that remained empty the entire show. It would have been nice if those tickets would have been available online!

    Not Great

by renno7 on 5/3/12US Bank Arena - Cincinnati

We took my 6 year old and 3 year old nieces to this. They were super excited to get there. Unfortunately, the snacks were the best part of this event. The first half was somewhat hard for the 3 year old especially to understand. The imagination process seemed a little beyond her and the other kids in our area. They wanted them to imagine being on ship and I would guess most little kids in the Midwest have never been on a ship, so how can you really imagine that? There wasn't as much interaction with the audience as I thought there would be. It was also interesting that the characters who did the most talking in the first half were not the Main Sesame Street characters (Big Bird, Oscar, etc.). The girls started asking to go home before intermission. We told them to hang in there hoping it would get better. The second half started out much better, but by then the girls had been sitting there bored for over 45 minutes. They continued to ask to go home, so we went ahead and took them home. Food and drinks were WAY overpriced. $21 for two cotton candies, 2 waters and a slice of pizza.

    Smile on her face, Priceless

by Allupnya on 5/3/12U.S. Bank Arena - Cincinnati

To see a child so excited when you first get there, Just because of the Playzone. & them Not knowing the Characters are going to come out and actually see the kids. When The characters came out, My little girl wanted to get Elmo & Grover so bad she started crying. When it was her turn, she ran right to elmo & hugged him as hard as her 20mth old arms could. The show is excellent from a parent stand point. As for our infant she had played so hard & danced thru the first part of the show that she had fell asleep thru the last half of it. One Complaint the show is really loud for those little ears. Other than that probraly the greatest show we have taken her too so far.

    Great Family Show

by Caliban666 on 5/2/12U.S. Bank Arena - Cincinnati

Excellent show for kids and parents. Sound was good and content just right for kids of all ages. Only negative was seating at the venue. I saw a couple of kids falling through the foldup chairs in the floor seating area. Could be improved for shows such as this.

It was our son's first concert ever. He is 22 months old and watches Sesame Street quite a bit. It grabbed his attention and kept it til the very end!! Best money I've ever spent :) We're definitely going back next yr.!!!!

Overall, we felt the show was not all that entertaining. Our two year old was much more interested in the popcorn and as I looked around i was actually shocked that most of the kids didn't seem that interested in the show. We would have liked the characters to be more of the focus and the narrator to be a much smaller part of the show especially, since, she was not a character from the show. Our two year old was much more entertained by the circus last month.

Sesame Street Live - 123 Imagine! @ Agganis Arena

    by ELMO0422 on 4/24/12Agganis Arena - Boston

WOW! What a great production, my child was amazed by the performance. The facility was clean and the arena was not over crowded. Prices for food and beverage were not bad, however the merchandise was quite expensive, but the program ($10) dollars each was well put together. I would recommed this to any young and old sesame street fan. Generations, both young and old will enjoy this experience. Great characters, costumes, sets and singing/dancing routines. Your child will be WOW 'D.

    123 Imagine was fun!

    by SAC1111 on 4/24/12Agganis Arena - Boston

A little long for the age group. The slides of the children talking did not help keep the attention of the little ones. Intermission was not needed except to make money selling $10 balloons. Play Zone was GREAT!
