    Very long and drawn out

by yellowldbetr on 1/27/13Raleigh memorial auditorium - Raleigh

The characters were dead on. The stage props got old though as it was the same thing over and over. The kids seemed to enjoy it which is what it's about but we've seen better for the money.

Scooby Doo is best left to the cartoon

by ecase on 1/26/13U.S. Bank Arena - Cincinnati

This was the absolute worst show I've seen at US BANK arena. "Fred"s microphone did not work for the first half and part of the second half of the show. "Velma's" microphone didn't work for part of the second half. The props were something from a high school production and for a "musical" the singing was a little rough. However, the kids loved it, and really, an adult wouldn't go to this unless accompanied by a child who loves Scooby-Doo. I would recommend this to a family with a Scooby lover since there is such a limited amount of Scooby things (toys, movies, productions, etc), but only if the adult has a high tolerance for weak performances (think about "that" movie that your child loves, but it skips and lags- do you let them watch it anyways because really, they don't care that there is a 10 second pause every few minutes- or do you throw it in the trash and "forget" to buy it again the next time you're at the store because you've already watched it 568 times) Overall, every adult hated it and was disappointed and all the kids loved it.

    Not good!

by MLRL on 1/26/13U.S. Bank Arena - Cincinnati

We have three young children. This did keep their attention for the first half, but it was very repetitive. It felt like they kept singing the same songs. The sound was horrible! Some characters were really loud, and others (like Fred) you couldn't hear at all. It wasn't until the very end of the show that they fixed his mic. The curtain blocked our view from the right side of the stage. We couldn't even see what was going on. Overall, not a good experience.

    Disappointing

by Jennifer1072 on 1/26/13U.S. Bank Arena - Cincinnati

Would not recommend this show. Production quality was poor, mics didn't work, & storyline was bad. Paid too much for tickets

show would have been alot better if the actors mics would have worked. it was a musical with the singers voices cutting in and out. sounded like a scratched CD. but the kids still enjoyed it just because its still scooby doo...lol

    Expected Much More

by TeacherMomofTwo on 1/25/13U.S. Bank Arena - Cincinnati

My kids love Scooby Doo, but we were disappointed with the show at US Bank arena this week. The story line was very complicated and difficult for a child to follow. The sound system was horrible...it kept cutting out and we couldn't hear much of what the actors and actresses were saying. Finally, we were a bit disappointed with the limited props and scenes on stage. We did like the actors and actresses...thought they did a great job and seemed a lot like the "real" characters from the tv show.

    Scooby Doo Live

by Anonymous on 1/25/13U.S. Bank Arena - Cincinnati

My 5 year old daughter loves Scooby Doo and I thought that she would really enjoy this show. It was awful. Where we were sitting-to the right of the stage, we couldn't see the entire stage due to the curtains being too closed up. Fred's microphone kept going out throughout the ENTIRE show. The plot wasn't that well developed as far as the theatre workers in my opinion. My daughter was over joyed that I bought her tickets and she even waited patiently when it started TEN minutes late and then had a fairly long intermission considering the length of the show, but she was bored by the end and she is very used to sitting through shows and hockey games. My husband and I were both dissapointed with the show and thought that the price of tickets were high, $18 for the cheapest seats, when you can but Barnium & Bailey Circus tickets starting at $14 and get a much better show. Oh well, live and learn but I would not reccomend this.

The show itself was interactive, fun and entertaining. However, our seats were in section 137 and we couldn't see part of the left side of the stage. Also, there were many sound issues with Fred and Velma's microphones and we missed a lot of what they said. Made it harder for the kids to follow what was happening. I was surprised the sound team didn't know how to resolve the issue...especially after intermission.

    Great show.....BAD AUDIO

by RJ577 on 1/25/13U.S. Bank Arena - Cincinnati

The show was amazing for my child!! To have a 4 year old sit through the whole show and not want to leave his seat is AMAZING!!! However the person in charge of the audio gets a horrible review!!! The mics kept going in and out and of course my 4 year old my not have noticed but the money us parents paid for the tickets....should have been fixed after the first mishap 5 minutes into the show!!! Scooby Doo show was AWESOME!!!

horrible sound. The mic's for at least one character was almost out the entire show. Early on in the show another character had trouble with their mic too. This is unacceptable. Paying premium money to be able to barely hear a majority of what a character is saying is completely inexcusable. Everyone should be given a partial refund.

Scooby Doo was worst show ever!!!

by HappyGoLucky11246 on 1/25/13U.S. Bank Arena - Cincinnati

Scooby Doo Live Mysteries was the worst performance I have ever seen. The sound was horrible even though our seats were very close and in the center. I have seen better quality performances at the high school level. Do not waste your money!!

    scooby doo

by Lulu0325 on 1/25/13U.S. Bank Arena - Cincinnati

disappionted. would not go to that same show again. the story line was kind of dull and not too exciting. my son wanted to leave at intermission and kept asking when it was over because he was bored. and he is a HUGE scooby doo fan! and there was something wrong with their microphones, so it was hard to hear. our seats were a good distance from the stage but the curtain blocked half of the show.....not happy:(

    Save your time

by ADB3 on 1/25/13U.S. Bank Arena - Cincinnati

Really kind of cheaply done. Sound system never worked right. Only heard every other word. Costumes were LAME. Reminded me of a high school play not a $50 a seat production. Alas, my 8year loved it so all was not lost.

    Scooby, Zoiks, stay away!

by Annik on 1/25/13U.S. Bank Arena - Cincinnati

The sound was terrible. The microphones did not work throughout the performance. If I couldn't follow it, how could by 3 and 7 year old. Very disappointing especially given the amount of money I paid.

    Scooby-Mute

by PandaTown on 1/25/13U.S. Bank Arena - Cincinnati

On multiple occasions the singers microphones failed essentially muting the performer. It happened throughout the show.

by Steinerkm on 1/25/13U.S. Bank Arena - Cincinnati

    A Fun Time for Everyone

by Anonymous on 1/25/13U.S. Bank Arena - Cincinnati

Kids loved seeing characters come to life! The story line may be a little complicated for younger kids to follow but just seeing Scooby and his friends come to life was enough for them. They were having sound difficulties with Fred's mike which never fully got fixed. We were only able to hear him half the time at best, so that was a little disappointing. Other than that it was a really fun experience.

    Not worth the fees

by Anonymous on 1/25/13U.S. Bank Arena - Cincinnati

The venure was miserable, and the audio was terrible. You couldn't hear Freddie speak the entire hour and a half. The tickets were $25 a piece and I had to pay $25 in fees!! I purchased despite this ridiculous amount because my daughter loves scooby-doo, but we were both very dissapointed. I would not reccomend this to anyone.

There was a real problem with the microphone for the actor who played Fred. It would go in & out throughout the play. I was hoping at the intermission that someone would fix it, but whe he came out afterwards & sang a song, you coulded really hear him very well.
