What a great night!!! Casey Spooner (the Crooner) was thoroughly entertaining...DJ was good (but wasn't loud enough) but the Sisters crushed it...such a tight band...everything I could've wanted in a show!!

  • Scissor Sister Denver Concert--Good not great

    by Winelover69 on 9/8/10Ogden Theatre - DenverRating: 3 out of 5

Saw Scissor Sister on Monday night, and although it was a solid show, they seemed somewhat refrained and didn't really seem to take it to the next level. I would see them again, but I hope that in the future they blow the roof off (figuratively speaking of course).

  • Scissor Sisters was wonderful!

by Wolfwerks on 9/8/10Ogden Theatre - DenverRating: 5 out of 5

Though Jake Spears had a cold, he gave it his all and his voice was still great. I want to see them again.

Awesome! I wish the show could have lasted longer! Truly the best show I've ever seen!

  • LOVE LOVE Scissor Sisters!

by camiljr on 9/7/10Riviera Theatre - ChicagoRating: 4 out of 5

We had a great time seeing the Scissor Sisters at Riviera in Chicago. I only wish I were taller as we couldn't see much of the show, but we sure danced our hearts out.

  • Energy, Excitment, Raw, Lavish, Glam, Power

    by jbk2 on 9/7/10EPIC - MinneapolisRating: 4 out of 5

Best Live show I have seen in 3 years. Phenomenal, the bands energy was electric. Myself and the whole crowd was blown away. Scissor sisters are a must see. The Opening Act was a bit sketchy, however their DJ was top notch.

  • Hot and hotter!

by lucymusicfool on 9/7/10Riviera Theatre - ChicagoRating: 5 out of 5

The show was absolutely fabulous! Would see them again in a heartbeat! The Riviera however was a bit ok a lot uncomfortable with how hot it was inside, not sure if the air was broke or what but not even a fan was blowing!! We were drenched leaving the place.

  • Scissor Sisters were MAJOR~!

by Jeffest on 9/7/10Epic Nightclub - MinneapolisRating: 5 out of 5

I saw them at Epic nightclub in Minneapolis MN on September 4th 2010. I was debating all week weather or not I wanted to spend 30 bucks to go see them. I have also seen Lady Gaga this year and honestly I love them both VERY MUCH but I had SOO much more fun at Scissor Sisters~! If you get a chance to go you absolutely MUST! I would see them again without question

  • Scissor Sisters

by GearGirly on 9/7/10EPIC - MinneapolisRating: 4 out of 5

Great show - Very high energy! The however they could use a new sound guy! The bass was way off and actually hurt!

  • Scissor Sisters Rocked!

Great show, with a ton of energy! Most fun concert I've been to in a long time!!

  • Oppressive heat but great show

    by Jorgito2006 on 9/6/10Riviera Theatre - ChicagoRating: 4 out of 5

Show was amazing after they adjusted the sound. You couldn't hear the first two songs until that. The heat was beyond oppressive and there was no ventilation. Great venue though. Loved the show.

Scissor Sisters put on an amazing show! Had a blast and The Riv is so intimate it was the perfect location for them. Played a lot off the new album but still did plenty of favorites. Would definitely go see again!

  • Scissor Sistors:Best Concert Ever!

    by electrobix on 9/6/10Eagles Club/The Rave/Eagles Ballroom - MilwaukeeRating: 5 out of 5

I have seen a lot of concerts and this concert is the best one I have ever seen. Worth the drive and money... they rocked!

  • Scissor Sisters - Fantastic Show but Awful Sound

by augustb on 9/6/10EPIC - MinneapolisRating: 4 out of 5

Loved the show on Saturday night. The act was amazing and can't wait to see them again. Love the intimacy of the venue but the sound quality made it difficult to hear the vocalists. The hum of the bass shot right thru us and we could not hear the lyrics very well. If I didn't know the material better, I probably would not have enjoyed the amazing show due to the sound.

  • Scissor Sisters - Amazing and Unforgettable

    by Spoon1775 on 9/6/10EPIC - MinneapolisRating: 5 out of 5

Scissor Sisters put on a great show, full of energy and they got the whole crowd into it.

  • Scissor Sisters rocked Minneapolis!

by Anonymous on 9/6/10EPIC - MinneapolisRating: 5 out of 5

The Scissor Sisters put on an amazing show! They are very dynamic and very entertaining to watch. They have amazing stage presence and built an enormous amount of energy! They are a super fun band to check out and I will definitely see them again if they come back!

  • Great show, lousy sound mix

    by treptowski on 9/6/10Eagles Club/The Rave/Eagles Ballroom - MilwaukeeRating: 4 out of 5

Scissor Sisters put on an awesome stage show. Unfortunately, the vocals were mixed too low at the show I saw. I would love to see them again at another venue to see if it was just at this location that the mix was off.

Amazing. Flawless. Epic. I was in the front row and had such a great time!!

  • An Epic Night

    by JulieLee42 on 9/6/10EPIC - MinneapolisRating: 5 out of 5

The night was unforgettable, not just the incredible live performance of the Scissor Sisters themselves, but also the energy from the audience. It was an amazing concert, their best yet.

Overall, a great show. The set list included a lot of songs from "Night Work". Jake and Anna worked the crowd to maximize the energy. The venue was smaller (max ~2500 people), but they got the crowd rocking. I was also impressed the band offered a free after party at a nearby club, open to anyone who had tickets. The band made an appearance, and was very gracious with their time. Not only would I recommend the show, I would enjoy seeing them again on this tour.
