We love the movie and this production stayed close to the script, but with some new updated material. High energy and fun for all!

I took my kids aged 9, 10 and 13 and they enjoyed it. The 9 and 10 year old are singing songs from it still. I showed them the movie and they liked the live musical better!

I purchased these tickets for our anniversary and my husbands birthday. We had a wonderful time. They kids were fantastic and very impressive with the singing and playing of the musical instruments. The adults were very good too! We really enjoyed the whole show! Great job everyone!

This was the first musical for our 14 year old son. He loved it and the whole family had a blast!

The young kids were amazing, as well as all the actors and singers. Well worth the price.

Maybe closing show for this city energy happening, but this being the first city of this tour, they should have NO WORRIES about getting raves and sell-outs in future venues ! Show was Saturday, and Monday I heard from a friend who had seen the adult leads interviewed on a Rochester tv news program. He said the actors credited the kids for "bringing it all together". They sure did ! Those kids with the guitars and bass SHREDDED !! With the partial hearing loss I have from military service I missed much of the dialog, especially the kids' lines, since their voices are higher anyway, but their actions and the context of the scene made up for my missing some of the words. Very touching scene with comedy turning into emotion with Dewey meeting the principal for a "coffee", then she has the stage to herself for a song. Super-smooth changes of sets, kudos to the crew too ! On Broadway this should be a Tony winner !!!!! When he passes on, we should study Andrew Lloyd Webber's brain like they studied Albert Einstein's !

Although the language was a little on the salty side for the kids in the audience, this was a rip-roaring hit for all of us!

It was an amazing show. My daughter and I both loved it.

The show itself was amazing! The talent of the young performers was incredible. As I am not familiar with the songs in the show I was a bit disappointed in the first half as I felt the music was too loud and I could not hear or understand what was being sung on stage. Second half was much better.

Awesome show! So much energy from all the cast members. If you loved the movie...you will most definitely enjoy the show.

We thoroughly enjoyed the show. We went on opening night & loved the energy! My favorite scenes were the ones with Dewey & the kids. They are extremely talented! Bravo!

Thoroughly enjoyed this uplifting performance. However the acoustics need some major upgrade as we didn't get all of the dialogue thereby missing much of transaction.

Music is great and these kids are even better. I would recommend this show with 5 stars !!!!!!

Music and performances were great. Only complaint I had was music was too loud even sitting in Lodges Section. At times, music drowned out lyrics and dialogue.

We had excellent seats in the loge. The show was without flaws. I can't think of any way to make it better!

The music was wonderful and so was the dancing. The kids are very talented professio nals who played instruments and sang very well. The messages in the play were also good lessons for kids and adults to learn, I like plays that are fresh and new. It was good to hear Andrew Lloyd Weber again.

School of Rock was AMAZING!! Venue needs updating.
