Celebrated country vocalist Sara Evans returned to the airwaves in 2013 with "Slow Me Down," the bombastic lead single from her highly anticipated seventh studio album. As great as her voice is on record, it's her live concerts that let her showcase what a pure and versatile storyteller she truly is. Ticket buyers are sure to be floored by her vocals, with a dynamic range that can go from angelic softness to full-voiced belts effortlessly, all done with an emotional heft that reaches into your soul and holds on until the very last note. Every tour she's unleashed has been a vocal tour de force that has to be heard to be believed. Her upcoming album, due in the first quarter of 2014, is sure to be another classic Sara Evans' journey through life and love and finds her reuniting with superstar Vince Gill, who sang with Sara on her first country number one hit, "No Place That Far."
A country sensation since her debut album in 1997, Sara Evans has kept listeners enthralled with her continuous release of quality material and award-winning performances. Her classic "Born to Fly" became her second number one single, and was responsible for Sara's first major award win at the 2001 Country Music Association Awards, where she was the most nominated artist of the evening. Her biggest song to date came thirteen years into her illustrious career with "A Little Bit Stronger," becoming Sara's first platinum-certified single. Time and time again, Sara Evans proves that a timeless vocalist with personal stories to tell will always find an audience to connect with.

The Sara Evans concert was fantastic. She entertained us with her wonderful voice and songs and even more with her wit!! Very uplifting and funny!
Very good show. No glitz. Just some lighting effects that blind the audience on occasion. Sara's live voice is what you get on the recordings, plus embellishments. Her stage presence is very good, but can do with fewer finger waves to the audience during the songs,
Sara Evans has an amazing voice and is always great in concert! She has an abundance of hits to sing and never fails to please. I love the smaller venues where you watch the performer not huge TV screens (I can watch TV at home).
Sara Evans keeps getting better every time you see her.
I've been following Sara Evans career for the past decade, and I finally had the opportunity to see her in person. She is everything I thought and more. From the outset she delivered a show that I would highly recommend. Her songs are filled with Love, Humor, and hope. Her vocals are amazing, and her ability to charm and audience are impressive. This show was a tapestry of her hits along with new songs from her upcoming album. Her band was tight, and professional, and the audio mix was great. Sara waved, smiled, and signed autographs for fans while she sang! A very enjoyable show in the wonderful venue of the Lowell Auditorium... The crowd was a very family friendly blend who showed their appreciation for this lovely woman. I would love to see her again to hear the new music she will most definitely deliver.
The seats that I chose were great - balcony section E - right in the middle. Sara was great to see. What I didn't like was the opening act, thought they stunk. I also didn't like the 25 minutes between opening act and start of Sara's show. 25 minutes was way too long. I could see 10 minutes to do minor set up but not 25 minutes. The show should have been longer for the amount of money I paid.
What a great show, she is a wonderful singer as well a great songwriter and also so very entertaining. She has a wonderful sense of humor and terrific interaction with the audience. I got these tickets for my husband for our 13th anniversary, needless to say he was very pleased.
Sara Evans put on an amazing show. Her voice is awesome. Sara has a great way of connecting with the audience and they loved her.
The show was great...as usual Sara Evans was awesome. We went last year and we were back this year great great show.
Sara Evans did an amazing job last night. The harters also did very well! The crowd was so energetic. Sara definitely rocked the house!
Sara Evans sounded great, looked great, and interacted enough with the audience to make this show a really good one. Accoustics and sound system at Lowell Auditorium is always superior.
Sara did many new songs from upcoming album. It is nice when they tell a story about the song which she does like many of the country stars do...Vince and Trisha did too. Set was not as long a Vinces and she has the material but Lowell is a same venue for such a big star.
It was good, I wish she had played more of her hits than newer stuff off of her upcoming album.
Lowell Auditorium is a small, intimate venue for a concert. Not a bad seat in the house and the sound is great. This was my first Sara Evans concert and my 5th show at this venue. Sara was amazing, smiling, waving, talking to the crowd, posing for pix during her performance to the delight of the fans that crawled up the aisle to get close to the stage. Her new song, Easy to Do, was awesome (sometimes when artists play new material people use that time to go to the restroom but all remained seated and enjoyed the song). She looked great, sounded great, and seemed to genuinely have a good time even though the auditorium was only 80% full (which I attribute to poor promotion as very few people I know even knew she was in town and probably would have gone!). She was gracious to her fans and she rocked the joint. That's what it's all about....connecting with your fans and putting on a damn good show. I gave 4 stars because, even though it's not Sara's fault, I think the show could have been promoted more. I would see Sara again.
As always Sara Evans put on a awesome show. Her voice is incredible and she loves her fans. Hope she comes back to Texas soon.
I love how down to earth Sara is and the fact that her family plays a part in the band. Their rendition of "Jolene" was the best I've ever heard and it gave me goosebumps listening to it. Sara is extremely beautiful and talented and deserves all the good that comes her way.
Sara Evans was fantastic. Wasn't so fond of the location. I would see her again.
She sounded better in person that she even does on CD!!! She was beautiful and sweet, and fun and full of energy!!!!
Sara displayed her great voice and looked incredible while doing it. She made everyone in the audience feel a part of her show. Great show!
My wife and I had a great time at the Sara Evans event at Billy Bob's over Texas. The crowd was awesome and just a great performance all together. We even seen Sara and her family eating at the bbq joint inside the HonkeyTonk, they were sitting just a table away. It was an unforgetable concert and an entertaining enviroment. I will recomend to go see her to any and everybody. And also to visit Billy Bob's over Texas. It was great!
