    Awesome

This was an awesome concert. I've seen Sandi before but she was better than ever tonight. Loved it with the symphony. A truly special night during the Christmas season.

Much talent, great orchestra, humorous parts, a lot of enthusiasm. However I found Sandi's voice very powerful.... too powerful and shrill at times. I do recognize she is very talented but the volumes were very high and overpowering. Not an event that I will attend at future times.

    Sandi Patty's voice is amazing!

by JimmyS1967 on 12/26/14DeVos Performance Hall - Grand Rapids

Sandi has a gift from God! Her voice is a one of a kind. My family thoroughly enjoyed themselves and at times were brought to tears. The orchestra was top notch too. Very talented and well rehearsed.

    Spectacular

by ksackett7000 on 12/26/14DeVos Performance Hall - Grand Rapids

I've been a big fan of Sandy Patty for decades. Although I haven't seen her perform live in probably 30 years. So while I was excited that she was coming to Grand Rapids again, I wasn't sure she still had those powerful golden pipes I remembered from long ago. For you, was my doubt miss placed. Sandy is even better today then I remembered even better today than on her early release albums from the 80s. She delivered a powerful performance that raised us off of our seats and brought us all a little closer to heaven. The power, vocal genius, astounding arrangements of classics, and rapport with her audience are stronger than ever. And of course the Grand Rapids Symphony is absolute perfection backing her up. Two children I had brought with me rolled their eyes and having to attend, but afterword wanted to buy her music as they were blown away by her.

    Sandi Patti still has "it"

by SLO1 on 12/26/14DeVos Performance Hall - Grand Rapids

I haven't seen Sandi in concert for years and I wondered, if at age 58, she would still have the powerful, pure voice with such an amazing range that I had so appreciated in the past. And oh, she does! Perfect concert to attend so close to Christmas. I was blessed!

Outstanding! Sandi Patty is still "The Voice". Her talent, her stage presence, and her acknowledgements of others, are secondary to the message she brings! This is a rare combination indeed. The symphony was superb also. Silent Night was played to near perfection.

Amazing Music comes to the DeVos

by papasnana on 12/26/14DeVos Performance Hall - Grand Rapids

We were treated to one of the greatest highs in Christmas music Tuesday night when Sandi Patti performed with the Grand Rapids Symphony. The thrill and mystery of the season came to life when Sandi sang "O Holy Night" and "Mary did You Know?" along with other Christmas classics accompanied by a lilting performance of our own symphony. It was surely a thrill to be treated to such an emotional performance of beloved music. Thank you to the symphony and Sandi Patti!

    Sandi is still great!

by lakelee on 12/26/14DeVos Performance Hall - Grand Rapids

Still love her. Although this was a Christmas event, I wish she would have sung more of her more familiar songs. I would love to have her come to do a religious concert sometime. I don't think that she has been in this area for a concert in a long time. Thank you for hosting her this Christmas season.

Just beautiful holiday music that fills your soul. She, her musicians and the GR Symphony combined for a heartfelt performance. What a voice. Glad she's still touring and hope she comes back.

A Tradition every time she comes!!

by Rockstar10001 on 12/17/14Casa Manana - Fort Worth

I grew up listening to Sandi Patty. My mother loved her from so many years ago and still to this day. When we found out she held a Christmas concert every other year here, we made it an appoint to go and see her. It has become a tradition for my mother and I to go see Ms Sandi Patty. She never fails! Her voice is as beautiful as it was many years ago. Flawless performance as always. We have friends that want to start the Sandi Patty tradition with us now. We love her, a beautiful, clean, enjoyable concert.

    Absolutely Awesome Concert

by Digity on 12/17/14Casa Manana - Fort Worth

The stellar performance of the year for Casa Manana. Sandi's voice is so clear and she demonstrated a range that very few can duplicate. Her mixture of personal experiences with the most beautiful songs of the year was wonderful.

Nice intimate setting and sound was excellent. Don't think that the parking is good but that has nothing to do with the concert.

What a lovely night with Sandi Patty singing worshipping clapping and celebrating the birth of Christ with our Mother's for their birthdays! It was a truly amazing evening with an icon in absolutely the most perfect intimate setting imaginable. I can't wait for her to return to Casa!

    Sandi Patty was fantastic!

by ns8cibl on 10/9/13Fred Kavli Theatre-Thousand Oaks Civic Arts - Thousand Oaks

My Mom and I saw her perform around/over 15 years ago for a Holiday Tour in Orange County and we just saw her again at The Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Center and were amazed at how beautiful her voice still is! We also loved how she interacted with the audience throughout the performance with uplifting, encouraging, and funny stories. Even with just her and her piano player and not an orchestra and choir, she was/is still AMAZING!

    Should have been Amazing

by lm46 on 10/9/13Fred Kavli Theatre-Thousand Oaks Civic Arts - Thousand Oaks

A little disappointed with the turn out. Sandi is a many time grammy winner and very well-known. She has been out of this area for many years so maybe that comes into play. It was a lackluster show. She was not feeling well, only had her pianist with her and what she chose to sing surprised me. Really thought she would have given us more of a variety of her music....some hits....broadway....more upbeat praise songs. . My daughter was with me and that is what she said--I could have listened to more. She cut the show in the last half. I'm sure she felt bad about feeling bad and being tired and with the turnout as well but on that end, she is a trooper and performed well under the circumstances. We just wanted more of her!!
