Stadium is very nice, but the gift shop are so easy, no more articles than other stadiums

The live music before and after the game was awesome and really helped to make the whole event a lot of fun and allowed time for the traffic to thin out after the game. Food at the venue was good, as well as the drinks. I did have a very vocal and somewhat annoying person sitting right in front of me who had her mouth yelling the whole time and the blow up clapper things that were apparently given out at half time were blocking my view because she had them going the whole time.

You all do a good job in general, however the 50% increase in parking is over the top! $30.00 per vehicle, really!?

I went to watch the Mavericks, as an away visitor it was pleasant the home fans were not rude or anything. Great and friendly staff seats were comfortable and the view from my seats was great for the price I paid.. overall amazing experience, even better that the Mavericks won tho!

Everything was perfect… from the parking pass to the chosen seats. And of course, the win over the Knicks was icing on the cake.

Outstanding experience. Beautiful facility. Ticketing proceed was super easy. Would definitely attend another game here.

The parking issue was ridiculous. The police were not informing drivers of where to go. They just let us sit in lines. PLUS, I bought 2X beers with ticket that was not explained that the beer would be 10oz, limited brands and only 1 location to retrieve the beers. I’ll never fall for that again.

Your street blocking system and parking makes it impossible and a nightmare to get to a lot. It took us over and hour half to get to a lot not our lot. We ended parking at lot 7vs1 since it seemed lot 1 was full plus it would have taken us another 1/2 hour due to the bumper to bumper traffic! Your parking situation is a complete nightmare and disaster!!!!

The parking, street blocking situation is out of control. It tools us over an hour to gate to a gate not out gate. We ended up parking on lot 7 vs 1 just to get off the car ! Your system is a nightmare!

The transaction was simple and easy. The seats were great and enjoyed the game and experience.

We left during the 2nd quarter, when we discovered there is no longer a smoking section. Hadn’t been to a game in a long time. We are occasional smokers typically when we’ve had a beer or two. There were many people asking the same question “where’s the smoking section” and even the out door patio didn’t allow it, seems if you accommodate drinkers you would accommodate smokers

Loved the famcy food in the top room.Loced the timeout entertainment.my first time going to professional game was fun i would go again

Very disappointed due to I had covid and never claimed tickets.. found out right after purchase and requested a refund or to change for a different day. It would have been my first game to see a professional team.. but due to being positive for Covid-19 changed everything.. so hard to get a hold of anyone. Would like a refund or to at least change to a different day. Didn’t want to expose anyone at the game

Everyone was so nice , prices were really high. But overall had a great time

The arena was nice and clean. The time-out entertainment was good. The food options were great.

The stadium is great and has better food places to eat inside than Dallas. It looked really nice
