About

Russell Howard, one of the UK’s funniest and most successful comedians, returns to his first love, live stand-up, with his first tour for three years. Wonderbox follows his sell-out, thrice-extended, 2011 UK tour, which included three sold out dates at London’s O2.

In this new show, the star and creator of the award-winning hit TV show, Russell Howard’s Good News, promises us more of his trademark brand of upbeat and razor-sharp comedy. Don’t miss the chance to see this unique comedian on his biggest tour to date; back on stage, on-top of the world, doing what he does best.

    Laughed from beginning to end

by Laura on 4/10/22Cobb's Comedy Club - San Francisco

What a wonderful treat to be entertained by both Russell's opener and himself. It was clear he was having an equally good time as he went over time by nearly an hour. Raw, authentic story teller that kept us all on in stitches. Can't wait to see him again, soon!

I see at least one comedy show a month. Russell has had my favorite set of any comedian so far. I will never forget pig beat poetry !!!

    THE BEST NIGHT!!!!

    by Alli B. on 4/7/22

My cheeks and stomach ache still from laughing so hard. The opener (Irish/Danish guy) has us rolling from the start. Russell just kept it going to the 100th level. Thank you both so much because it was just what my sister needed.

    Even better in person

by Kate on 4/1/22Varsity Theater - Minneapolis

Such a great show! Russell is absolutely hilarious and it was a pleasure to finally (after multiple covid reschedulings) see him in person. The opening comedian (Simon Talbot) was a perfect complementary performance. Would definitely see both comedians perform again.

    Worth the 1,000 Day Wait

by Laila Z on 4/1/22The Danforth Music Hall - Toronto

Absolutely phenomenal show. The opener, Simon Talbot, was a riot. He got so much applause that it confused him, that's gotta say something. As for Russell, man, seeing him live after years of watching his shows on YouTube is a mind-bend. He got us laughing to hard that my cheeks were hurting hours after the show. Plus the mix of life philosophies and current affairs got us thinking while also having a good time. I brought some friends along, one has never heard of him and the others have only seen Russell on Taskmaster. Despite their lack of experience with his work, my friends gave genuine, heartfelt thank yous for the invite to this show. The emotion of the shocked me, but it proves just how fantastic of a comedian Russell is. (That, and the fact he was able to add two more gigs while in Toronto!) Overall, phenomenal show, and I'll gladly buy tickets the next time he's in town.

    My Face Hurt for Hours

by Alexandra on 3/31/22The Danforth Music Hall - Toronto

Russell Howard lived up to the expectations I developed over the last 1000 or so days. He was absolutely hilarious and I do not kid you when I say my cheeks were aching from laughter when I exited the theatre.

    He's hilarious!

by JT on 3/28/22The Danforth Music Hall - Toronto

We drove three hours to get to Toronto, showing up 10 minutes into the show, weren't heckled, laughed the entire time we were there, then drive back home. Fifty minutes of watching Russell Howard live was worth over five hours of driving!! Venue was great...parking was tough, but that was about it!

    He was AWESOME!

by Angela67 on 3/27/22The Danforth Music Hall - Toronto

My daughter and I recently discovered Russell Howard via his 2 specials on Netflix and fell in love with his comedic ways! When I found out he was coming to Toronto, I just HAD to get tickets to one of his upcoming shows and I did. We had a GREAT time, even though our seats were terrible. We could hear him just fine however.

    Brilliant

by Jules on 3/27/22The Danforth Music Hall - Toronto

We bought the tickets originally in 2019, and it was worth the wait. We laughed from start to finish. The warm up act (I don’t recall his name) was hilarious. Russell was also incredibly funny.
