About

After the global success of writing and starring in 182 episodes of The Russell Howard Hour (Sky) and Russell Howard's Good News (BBC) combined, plus six stand-up specials, with clips amassing over 1 billion views on social media and selling 1.5 million tickets to his gigs worldwide so far, Russell Howard is back on the road once again with his fourth and biggest world tour to date, Russell Howard Live. Russell Howard Live has already seen him perform runs in the UK, Europe, America, Australia and New Zealand. The tour continues this fall with dates in Canada, followed by a return to Europe and the U.S. for additional performances.

Alongside hosting his hugely popular Wonderbox podcast, Russell recently began co-hosting an all-new original podcast, GoalLess, focused on soccer and The Champions League, with Chris Wittyngham through SmartLess Media: a joint venture between Jason Bateman, Sean Hayes, and Will Arnett.

In addition to his live tours across the pond, Russell has appeared on a number of late-night shows including The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon, Late Night with Conan O'Brien and The Late Late Show with James Corden, plus podcasts including Bertcast, Lovett or Leave it with Jon Lovett and We Might Be Drunk with Mark Normand and Sam Morril.

Russell's previous world tours have seen him perform a record-breaking 10-night run at the Royal Albert Hall, overtaking eight in a row jointly held by Frank Sinatra and Barry Manilow, and play the biggest ever stand-up show in China.

  • Absolutely Fabulous

Russell Howard did not disappoint this English lady. I took three USA friends not knowing how they would react. We all laughed out loud for two hours. Hilarious and thank you. Bring him back next year!

  • Absolutely amazing!

I've been to a LOT of live comedy shows, and this is probably among the top 3 best shows I've seen! He's personable and relatable, and just seems so extremely genuine. I'd absolutely see him again, and I wouldn't hesitate to pay even more than I did for front row center seats at this show!

  • Best of British

by Trystan Trenberth on 3/25/25The Van Buren - PhoenixRating: 5 out of 5

Great performance, expertly balancing audience response from both Brit and American reactions and interactions creating an amazing exchange of banter, humor and a memorable experience.

I’ve been a fan since I saw Russell Howard on Netflix! Watched everything they have, so I was thrilled to see him come to Phoenix. He did not disappoint! Fun to get an international perspective. He’s funny, insightful and shares great stories. Highly recommend!! Will go again when he returns, if I can!!!

  • A laugh a minute

by DCB on 3/23/25Emo's Austin - AustinRating: 5 out of 5

Russell Howard started from the word go, with uproarious takes on everyday life—relating to both the US and across the pond. He really seemed to enjoy himself, which made the crowd all that more willing to follow him on his journey through linguistics, fatherhood, and football (soccer). The laughs never stopped throughout the entire set!

  • Russell Howard was great...

by cearar on 3/21/25House of Blues Houston - HoustonRating: 4 out of 5

But the venue could have been a lot better...HoB had subpar sound and the seating was better after we moved to better seats because there were A LOT of empty seats before the show started.

  • Russell Howard was phenomenal!

by Cody on 3/21/25House of Blues Houston - HoustonRating: 5 out of 5

Russell Howard put on a fantastic show at the House of Blues in Houston. He engaged with the audience, joked about current events and local attractions, and stayed longer than expected to finish all his planned jokes. He definitely did not disappoint and look forward to seeing him again!

  • British Comedy at its BEST!

by Littlesthobouk on 3/21/25House of Blues Dallas - DallasRating: 5 out of 5

As a Brit living in Texas for the last 15yrs, whenever a British Comedian performs in DFW or anywhere in Texas, I’m down for it! Russell did NOT disappoint! The show was excellent, We even got to sample some brand new material. Will definitely be on my wish list for his future shows! Bravo!

  • Excellent show

by The mighty chooch on 3/20/25House of Blues Dallas - DallasRating: 5 out of 5

Really enjoy the show was unsure how Russel’s live stand up would be as it was my first time seeing him live. He did an excellent mix of jokes with both a UK and USA perspective that entertained the crowd (mostly American). He tested out some new material and honed his comedy to some of his local DFW experiences. The show has me crying with laughter at some points and was really what I needed after a challenging 2025!

  • Hilarious

Was even funnier than I had hoped for! For the first time in a long while I laughed till tears came to my eyes. LOVED IT!!! Hope he returns to DFW soon.

Last year Russell came to Indianapolis and I was so excited and counted down that days from the moment he announced he was coming here! I can’t wait for him to come back because next time I’m getting front row tickets! He helped me through such a dark time and I need him to know that he is blessing! Please come back to Indianapolis!

My mum was over visiting us in Canada from UK, we all went to the show. Russell Howard was awesome, I laughed so hard, I cryed 😅 Would 100% go see him again 😃

  • What a laugh

    by DJWard88 on 9/25/24FirstOntario Concert Hall - HamiltonRating: 5 out of 5

Second time seeing Russell and as always he was amazing as was Julianna. He totally had the entire audience encapsulated and interacted throughout the show. Material was modern and updated and couldn't have been more engaging. Definitely seeing him again on his next tour.

  • I laughed so hard I cried!

by Nat on 9/25/24FirstOntario Concert Hall - HamiltonRating: 5 out of 5

Russell Howard was absolutely brilliant! He opened the show with jokes so relatable to the city and made the audience feel in on the jokes from the start! He kept the moment going. Reading the crowd, incorporating jokes made by the audience and seemingly having a lot of fun himself. It was obvious that I wasn't the only person who didn't want the show to end. I would absolutely see him again and can only hope he returns to Canada!

  • Amazing Comedian

by James Littler on 9/25/24FirstOntario Concert Hall - HamiltonRating: 5 out of 5

Russell Howard is such an innovative and bubbly personality. He adapts to the city and crowd amazingly hinting at multiple references to the city he is apart of. Couldn’t stop laughing throughout

  • Amazing Time! I may have lost weight form laughing so much

    by Chris C on 9/24/24Meridian Hall - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

I’ve been a fan of Russell for a while, so no doubt I’m biased but his style of reverent, honest observational comedy has always made me laugh. The ability to laugh at himself and the ridiculousness of life has always left me happy and hopeful. This was my first time seeing him live and he did not disappoint. My wife had never seen him before and was quite pleased. As soon as we left she wanted me to show her his specials on Netflix. So overall I would say a great time for both of us.

  • A good night enjoyed by all

Russell Howard is so funny! Everyone was laughing hysterically straight through the show!
