About

RUSH took rock music into uncharted territory and to unmatched heights fueled by the once-in-a-lifetime interplay of Geddy Lee (bass, keys, vocals), Alex Lifeson (guitar, vocals), and the late Neil Peart (drums, lyrics). Selling over 45 million albums worldwide, garnering seven Grammy Award nominations, tallying billions of streams, and earning induction into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and the Canadian Songwriters Hall of Fame, the pioneering trio’s incalculable influence has spanned generations, attracting one of the most ardent audiences in history. These musicians effectively reimagined and redefined rock without boundaries, striking a balance between elite instrumentation, anthemic vocals, provocative lyricism, and timeless storytelling both sonically and thematically. RUSH notably achieved “the third most consecutive gold/platinum studio albums by a rock band behind only the Beatles and the Rolling Stones.” Furthermore, their accolades have included becoming Officers of the Order of Canada in 1996, achieving the Canadian Governor General’s Performing Arts Award in 2012, and receiving recognition with both a star on the Canada Walk of Fame and a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. The world tragically said goodbye to Peart on January 7, 2020 following his battle with brain cancer. Honoring Peart and the legacy the band had forged together, Lee and Lifeson celebrate RUSH on tour in 2026. It’s a moment for new listeners to finally experience this music live in all of its glory and another chance for the group’s faithful fanbase to rally again.

  • RUSH 2015 is a must see!

by CrossM on 6/9/15Nationwide Arena - ColumbusRating: 5 out of 5

It was one of the best concerts I've ever been to! Amazing music, great venue (Nationwide arena in Columbus Ohio) and great stage presence from the performance. RUSH attracted fans of all ages (15-75) and everyone was good natured and just having a great time. RUSH has still got it after all these years! GREAT music!

  • Kicked ass

by Anonymous on 6/9/15Jiffy Lube Live - BristowRating: 5 out of 5

The show was incredible. I've seen them many times in the past, but this time, the set list was the" best of". The second half of the show was where I started to really enjoy it, because it was their older stuff. They went backwards in time, from the most recent, to the debut album. They played a few songs off of Farewell to Kings (my favorite) that I've never heard in concert. I had a great time and the show was amazing!

  • What a great evening!!!

    by stevefl024 on 6/7/15Amalie Arena - TampaRating: 5 out of 5

Rush does not disappoint. They never have and in my opinion never will. Great stage. Awesome music. Played songs from over their 40 year career and you can tell they still have fun doing so.

  • It was a concert ill never forget!

by BriBerry on 6/5/15Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre at Encore Park - AlpharettaRating: 5 out of 5

This was my first concert. Ever since i was little my dream was to see them live and it finally happened. It was very enjoyable and awesome. Over all the years they still sound amazing. I loved the performance for Roll The Bones. Xanadu was even more beautiful in concert than in the studio. I'm so proud that i can call this my first concert. I love these guys to death and it's a little upsetting they probably won't be together much longer, but it happens eventually to all bands. This is the most amazing thing i've ever experienced. It actually brought tears of joy to my eyes while being there.

  • Rush: R 40 Live Tour 2015

by tiedyedrebel on 6/3/15Jiffy Lube Live - BristowRating: 5 out of 5

Excellent concert, second time I`ve seen them in 2 years. both shows were outstanding, right up there with the best I`ve ever seen, and I`ve been to a lot of concerts since the 70`s

  • Rush could offer money back guarantees!

    by Scotto56 on 6/3/15Jiffy Lube Live - BristowRating: 5 out of 5

The show was fantastic. They sounded great and played both new and old stuff. The number of details that they put into their performance and presentation are just amazing.

  • RUSH Never Disappoints

by RUSHfaninGettysburg on 6/3/15Jiffy Lube Live - BristowRating: 5 out of 5

Another outstanding show by Alex, Geddy & Neil- 40 years and still going strong with a great catalog of music and superb sense of humor still showing, something they are not afraid to share that with their fans throughout the show and those diehards who've followed the band since the early days get it. Unfortunately, the acoustics at JL Live are not the greatest and it's often difficult to grasp the finer moments of each song when the hard surface of the roof muddles the sound, but the band played through the best of its catalog, from recent to the very, very distant past, with the staging following suit from the Time Machine tour to the early days of Traynor amps on chairs. For us diehard fans, it was a great trip through those 40 years and one not to be missed by anyone who's ever been a fan.

  • R40

by jprotono on 6/3/15Jiffy Lube Live - BristowRating: 5 out of 5

The show was great, they took you through a 27 song journey in reverse order of release date. The song list was a bit different then in the past and they went into some deep tracks. After seeing Rush about 15 times over the past 30 years, this experience was a little different. I got to hear songs that are rarely played live. 40+ years of touring they still rock.

  • Amazing RUSH

by zuperkato on 6/3/15American Airlines Center - DallasRating: 5 out of 5

Extremely good. Almost excellent. I enjoyed it very much.

Great concert! Rush is my favorite group. The venue was clean.

  • Rush's last tour?!!

by Ratman69 on 6/2/15Xcel Energy Center - Saint PaulRating: 5 out of 5

My 10th time to see them. Last time? I hope not. They did not disappoint. Thanks guys for playing your set in reverse chronological order. If you have a chance to see them....do so.

  • Rush 5/30

by lawrencesm on 6/2/15Jiffy Lube Live - BristowRating: 5 out of 5

Fantastic show. After four Rush shows, this was definitely the best. The first set was great but the second was really incredible. Sound quality was great from the beginning. Seeing Pratt screw up was actually cool because you see everyone is human. The stage production was fantastic and really cool that the stage hands changed the stage from the beginning. The ending video was very funny but emotional for a gigantic Rush fan. From start to finish an all around fantastic show.

  • great trip through time

by papadukes on 6/2/15Greensboro Coliseum Complex - GreensboroRating: 5 out of 5

without giving anything away this has to have been one of rush's best tours since back in the day. Geddys voice was stronger than its been in a long time.the set list was incredible. My only critique is that unless you have very deep pockets you have no chance of sitting close

  • RUSH was AWESOME!

by mallocup on 6/2/15Greensboro Coliseum Complex - GreensboroRating: 5 out of 5

The show was unbelievable from start to finish. It was the first time I had seen the band live and my husband and I really enjoyed it!

  • by Aquasport on 6/2/15Jiffy Lube Live - BristowRating: 5 out of 5

This was an awesome concert put on by a classic band. The amount of energy these guys have is unreal! The concert lasted for three hours and was intense the entire time. I would recommend this concert a thousand times over. I saw people of ALL ages enjoying the concert from little kids on their parents shoulders to elderly people needing assistance back to their vehicles. Don't miss this concert for it is their last large scale tour.

  • Rush the greatest Band ever with R40!

by Mickster on 6/2/15Jiffy Lube Live - BristowRating: 5 out of 5

I have seen Rush many times over the years and as always their performance makes them worth seeing. As Geddy said they would tumble down the years to celebrate 40 years together, and let me tell you that a show it was. They went from Clockwork Angels to Rush and many points and albums in between. The performance rates right up there with ever Rush show I have been to. Would I see it again? Absolutely!

  • Rush

by Anonymous on 6/2/15Jiffy Lube Live - BristowRating: 2 out of 5

Playlist did not contain many popular songs. When I go to see a group that has been around for 40 years, I expect to hear all of the hits that made them famous. Rush failed on this note, they only played about 4-5 super hits.

  • Rush was explosive

    by sparker45 on 6/2/15Jiffy Lube Live - BristowRating: 5 out of 5

Rush was not a disappointment they were totally awesome, will never forget the show.

  • RUSH was FANTASTIC!!!

by Youngey on 6/2/15Jiffy Lube Live - BristowRating: 5 out of 5

Arguably the best of the 20+ Rush concerts I have attending since the early 1980's! Perhaps because I have the distinct feeling it might have been the last, but mostly because they played the era of material that I relate to best, for the second set. My buddy and I were straight out from Geddy, and that was about perfect. We were in ORCH.2, Row - P, Start Seat 5, End Seat 6 (for those looking....)

  • Rush was solid. Experience was awful

by JiffyLubeAwful on 6/2/15Jiffy Lube Live - BristowRating: 3 out of 5

Enjoyed the Rush concert. Played many of my favorites and some of the more obscure pieces as well. But the experience was just wrecked by the poor venue. 75 minutes in a parking lot where you move only 2 car lengths is unacceptable. I urge bands to avoid Jiffy Lube Live.,
