The Box Office is open on shows days beginning at 12pm and on Fridays 12pm-6pm during the season.

The Box Office accepts cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Tickets may be picked up beginning 2 hours prior to showtime at the Box Office Will Call Window. Customer must have the actual credit card used to place the order, a picture ID, and the order confirmation number.

Parking is sold separately from concert tickets. You will need to purchase a parking pass if you plan to park at the venue. General Parking, Premier Parking, VIP and Limo Parking are available to purchase at all point of sale.

Food and water ARE permitted on most show days. Food must be in a clear plastic bag, up to one gallon in size. Water containers must be clear, sealed, or empty, and can be no larger than 1 liter. All items are subject to inspection. Outside Lawn Chairs are not permitted. Please call on the day of the show you are attending to confirm our policy. Camera Policy: The camera policy for events tends to vary artist to artist. For most events, personal cameras and small digital cameras are permitted and professional cameras (any camera with a detachable lens or a zoom lens longer than 2" long) are not permitted. Children under 2 are admitted free on a parents lap or on lawn, unless otherwise stated. 2 and over require a ticket.
