Ron Hawking was great. Very talented and entertaining. The backup singers not so much. Their outfits were outdated and just plain awful and the wigs they had on also looked terrible! Not sure why they would even be wearing wigs that were so obviously wigs and with an outdated hair style.
I enjoyed Ron Hawking's show from start to finish. I didn't want it to end. As a baby boomer I was so touched by these great songs sung exactly the same as they did back in the old days. Some songs touched my heart and brought tears to my eyes. Not only is Ron super talented vocally, but his intermittent stories and ad lib were hilarious. I recommend this show to all of any age
Have seen Ron many times including when he performed at NBC studios in Chicago (many times) My adult children actually accused us of being stockers as we tried to see him whenever he performed. He is a must see - you won't be disappointed! Going to see him at the Apollo theatre end of the month. Cannot wait!
Ron & band put on a great show. Didn't know what to expect. He did some impersonations and a lot of singing. Highly recommend.
It was the first time I had seen him and didn't know what to expect, but he was awesome and deserved the two standing ovations he received.
The show was terrific .. wasn;t real crazy about the limited dinner but it was a minor concern
