Rock of Ages (Chicago) Tickets

Saw the show Sunday March 16, 2014 at the Bank of America Theater, in Chicago. I was a bit concerned about it being a traveling tour of Rock of Ages. I should not have been concerned. The band, the actors, the ensemble all gave it their all and made it a great nite at the Theater for my wife and myself, And based upon the audiences reaction throughout the show it appeared we all agreed. The play could not have been better. We have the original cast CD from Broadway so we knew the songs, and to the performers credit, they hit it out of the park! We were in row two which gave us excellent opportunity to see the actors facial expressions and body movements. They appeared to be having the time of their lives performing and obviously made the evening all the better.

This show was lots of fun. Great dancing and great music. The plot was a bit thin and contrived but we were there for the music and it did not dissappoint!

Loved every minute! Music was great, everyone had to leave in a good mood!

Rock of Ages was great fun! my teenagers sang along with "my music" and the audience was clapping and singing along to the 80s Styx to Metal came back and were spun into a story that was a feel good great

This was a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon. Great music and dancing and lots of funny dialog. Not much plot but that was not what you see a play like this for.

I didn't read any reviews before going, I picked it totally randomly! I didn't expect it to be that good! Funny, good songs (amazing musicians!!). It lasted more than 2 hours, but it felt like 20minutes! Too good!

I absolutely loved it! I plan on going again. It was entertaining from beginning to end!

I enjoy 80 ' s music so thought this might be worth seeing. It was funny throughout. It didn't have too deep of a story line, so was easy to just sit back and enjoy. Singing was good. Drew had a very good voice.

The cast was absolutely phenomenal! Show flew by with awesome music and and fun characters. I had a girls weekend that revolved around the show and we (all different ages) all loved it!

This is the 3rd time I saw Rock of Ages. I have enjoyed it every time with a different cast and venue. Just a fun time!

I went with my daughter and we LOVED Rock of Ages. Franz was our favorite character. We could have watched them sing and dance for so much longer. It's awesome that the songs from the 80's can totally tell a story. 80's Rock!

I have now seen Rock of Ages twice, and I would see it a hundred times more. It is such a great show! The performers are wonderfully trained, the band is awesome, and the storyline is even better than the one in the movie version. I've been telling everyone I know to go see this show because it is one of a kind.

I go to a lot of musicals but Rock of Ages is far the best!! I have seen it 3 times in 2 years! Dom Scott is amazing and I was SO Happy to see that he was playing Drew. I brought a friend this time and she was blown away. Everyone should see Rock of Ages. It brings you back to the 80's. I cried the first time I saw it....so good. Best Franz I have seen and Lonnie rocked it out!!! Love you guys for sharing your amazing gifts!!

It was very very good! So much better than the movie! We laughed the whole way through! Only downside was there was a lot of blocked viewing at the Bank of America theater. Even sitting in the middle in the balcony u couldn't see the whole screen on stage. But all in all a thumbs up!

Awesome show! The music was spectacular! The audience was encouraged to participate in the show :)

Great music, comedy and entertaining for those of us that grew up in the 80's and those that didn't. Lot's of fun high school and university memories brought back by great music!

I saw Rock of Ages in New York and wanted to go again. It is one of my favorite shows of all time. I would love to see it again and again. I hope it comes back to Chicago again soon. I love everything about it; the actors, the voices and the songs.

This show is a MUST see! So glad it was in Chicago and the narrator was amazing. Great cast, great set and great audience engagement. Absolutely LOVED Rock of Ages!
