We all enjoyed the show especially the kids. One of my kids really love the motorcycles spinning in the sphere.

    The Greatest Show on Earth

by Hawkman3129 on 10/30/13US Cellular Center - Cedar Rapids

My wife and I had the privilege of taking our 3 year old granddaughter to her first circus. It was a complete success. We went to the pre-show where several performers entertained and we were able to go right into the center ring. Several animals came out as well. Our seats were excellent--Row 2 right on the floor of the arena. We enjoyed the entire show--especially the high wire act, the motorcycles in the cage, the jugglers, the strongman, and the elephant and dog performers. There were a couple protesters outside the arena claiming the circus mistreats the elephants. We refused their pamphlets and I told them where they could put their signs. Circus animals are well cared for. We totally enjoyed the 2-hour show. It was a lot of fun!

My 2 and 3 year old loved it!

by FinkFamily on 10/30/13US Cellular Center - Cedar Rapids

My 2 and 3 year old were completely mesmerized the entire show, I have never seen them sit so still for such a long period of time. My husband and I also enjoyed the show. We have gone to local shriner circus before, but this was hands down well worth the ticket price!

OUTSTANDING GOOD TIME! We have 2 daughters (5 & 2) and they enjoyed every minute. My wife had never seen the motorcycle cage before and was very impressed.

I had read the reviews previously that said it was different than past circus. It was most definitely more musical than I remember from when I was a kid. I took someone who loves musicals and has never been to a circus before. They loved it. I would recommend it for young kids who like flash

Ring Bros & Barnum & Baily circus was phenomenal!!

by Anonymous on 10/30/13US Cellular Center - Cedar Rapids

This Circus was absolutely phenomenal!!! We took 4 kids from ages 6-11 and each of them loved it for different reasons. We as parents felt the same way. The had terrific performers and the animals were incredible!!! We went early for the pre show and all the kids got to go out and play with some of the performers. I even got pulled into the ring to walk on the tightrope lol. They were great about involving the entire crowd!!

It wasn't worth the money, it isn't like it use to be, no tigers, no clown, to much singing and dancing

    The Circus Is in town

by grandmamikki on 10/29/13US Cellular Center - Cedar Rapids

This was OK- I brought my 2 1/2 yr old granddaughter, we came to see the animals. I live on a farm and have horses and dogs. Hoping to see many types of animals, bummer ~ the only two other types of animals that preformed in the circus were 3 camels and 2 elephants. They did a great job with them. I am sure she enjoyed the lights and activity, but did not understand what was going on with some of the skits. I will not take her back for at least 4-5 more years. The other thing is we sat on the floor seats, 2nd row, and the seats were not off-set, so we could not see over the man in front of us. :(

    Cirus was pricey.

by crcrcrcrcrcr on 10/29/13US Cellular Center - Cedar Rapids

Great show but every thing was tooooooo expensive. A family of four couldn't afford it. I am a grandma.

    Circus was Fun

by SassieJ on 10/29/13US Cellular Center - Cedar Rapids

The circus was fun and entertaining. Great for the young children. However, for any of us older children who has already been to a Ringling Bros Circus as a small child....This circus seemed to be cut in half. There were no lions or tigers, no clown car, only 1 clown, no swinging acrobats. There were elephants, horses, ponies, dogs, and camels. Acrobats on a trampoline and the ground. Motorcycles in the steel cage, Strong man, and funny mime. Tight rope walking on a short tight rope. And face painting outside of the circus area. While I felt slightly disappointed in the show, my children and niece were amazed and had a great time!

    just ok

by NAMOURA on 10/29/13US Cellular Center - Cedar Rapids

It was OK but could have been better. No tigers or wild animals. For $50.00 a ticket, it could have been much better. It was more of a musical than a circus.

My daughter loved this show! Being able to interact with the performers and view the animals prior to the show was a great touch!

Kids love it! A little corny for the adult viewer.

by Luke654 on 10/29/13US Cellular Center - Cedar Rapids

My kids loved it (ages 5 &2). But, mediocre for the adult viewer. Also, the concessions were ridiculously expensive - be prepared to drop your wallet.

This was a big disappointment because I was expecting to see a show to compare with the Ringling Bros. circus I saw here in 1985 when it was a 3 ring circus. That show was amazing and there was lots going on at all times! This only had 1 clown, 2 elephants, 3 camels,a few horses and a bunch of dogs. The high wire act was on a miniature scale, but they were talented. It would be OK if it was your first time, but a definite flop in comparison to the traditional 3 ring circus.

    Fun for a kid

by Digger1977 on 10/29/13US Cellular Center - Cedar Rapids

I was very, very disappointed it wasn't three-ring. Next time I'll read the fine print. It entertained my 3-year-old granddaughter. I was expecting much, much more. Pretty lame.

    Ringling Brothers FUN

by AcesUp7777 on 10/29/13US Cellular Center - Cedar Rapids

Great Fun for the entire family....Little different for the circus of 20 years ago as there were NO CLOWNS or tigers which was odd but still a great time with friendly staff. Take the family and enjoy the show but also plan on tkaing alot of cash for snacks and souveniers as a cotton candy and lemonade were $20!

    Great for all ages

by neyensr on 10/29/13US Cellular Center - Cedar Rapids

I was afraid to ask my 12 year to come along thinking he would think it was lame. He enjoyed it immensly. There was something for everyone to see. When we got the cotton candy, there was a hat that came with the purchase and we gave it to the little girl next to us, she must have been about four and she squealed with delight. I think everyone in the crowd had a good time.
