Circus
by Patty on 3/5/24Prudential Center - NewarkOverall the performances were great. I feel that the tickets were pricey for 1.5 hours of show. There is a lot of singing in between reminded me of a Disney musical. I wouldn’t see the show again.

I guess gone are the days of 3 rings- elephants, clowns and a grand ring master! This new circus did not grab me. Listen, I get the animal thing- I advocate for the safe treatment of all life but that robotic dog? The kids were fascinated by most of all that was offered. The look of wonder was there- but for me, the old timer- I miss the excitement of what was!
Don’t waste your money sorry, it was more like a musical more than anything
Great entertainment but was very disappointed that animals were not included in the circus. As a child, the animals were what made the circus so exciting.
THIRD GENERATION VENUE! TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED!!! I AM A PERSON OF FEW WORDS. WHY IS MY FIRST SENTICE NOT SUFFICIENT???
I didn't even know the circus was still around, and apparently it had been on hiatus while it figured out new non-animal acts. And it was worth the wait! The kids (4 and 9) and I were all thoroughly entertained for the entire 2 hours. It truly is an excellent show, and we'll plan to go again when it's in town again next year.
This is an amazing show. Great fun for all ages. I will recommend 1000%
Took my granddaughter and we the best time. We absolutely loved the circus. So happy it’s back. Will be going every year as I did in the past. Great show. Best show on earth. Great job everyone. My granddaughter has not stopped talking about it. She’s 8. Thank you
It was mediocre. Not enough action underwhelming. Some really exciting acts but the boring ones were terrible
It wasn't what it used to be. Some acts were pretty good, but a lot has changed and it didn't feel like I was there watching Ringling Bros. It felt like a different sort of circus. Some acts such as the men on the wheel, the bikers, and the trapeze were always amazing. It was just different. Probably been there, done that and wouldn't go back.
It was just okay. My grandson was bored and wanted to leave during intermission. The entertainment was not funny.
We were so excited to visit the circus especially Ringling brothers Barnum and Bailey. However, we were very disappointed, I understand that they did not have the animals taking part of the show but what happened to the clowns? You can't have a circus and not have clowns! We went to a local show that had lots of clowns and was extremely fun, but this one did not live up to the hype. I'm sorry this is my true and honest review. To expensive for what you see.
How can you call this a circus. No clowns no animals. An intermission in the middle of this glorified concert. Will never go back to an event like this again.
The children were mesmerized. It was entertaining.
Great seats action packed show with so much going on it was amazing
It was okay, could have been better. But the children enjoyed that’s all that matters
Not the Ringling Brothers we are use to. You could have at least had clowns with makeup and dogs or horses. Juggling etc. bike riding and drums. So disappointing
It was ok, the pop up tents around New Jersey were better this year. Over priced merchandise for sale. Like that they allowed to bring in snacks
I took my granddaughter to the circus on Sunday for the 3pm show and honestly we barely was able to see the show. There was an issue with some people with their seats and they were standing in the aisle and was blocking the whole stage. We couldn’t see anything for almost 30 minutes and then it kept happening. This was very frustrating especially because we paid money for these seats and had to deal with barely being able to watch the show. This was unacceptable!!!!!
I enjoy how they change the show around from when I was a little kid ! My other 2 daughters are older and they loved it as kids also , but now with show being change tremendously I must say the experience was great and we definitely enjoyed ourselves see u guys next yr!!
