Ramin Karimloo, you know him from his role as Jean Val Jean in Broadway's Les Miserables... or as the youngest person to play the Phantom of the Opera. The talent doesn't end there! He's an incredible musician! His show is what's called Broadgrass.. a mixture of Broadway and Bluegrass... and it marries beautifully! Do yourself a favor and see Ramin when he's in your area. You can thank me later!
God bless Ramin Karimloo (that's what he said to me when I sneezed during the concert). Phenomenal, talented beyond belief, a voice that could match the Angels in its glory. The food and service was very good and the seats were perfect. Once again, God bless this beautiful, wonderful human being.
He is truly a privilege to see/hear. He has the voice of an angel and is an incredibly sincere and engaging performer.
Without a doubt, THE best shows I have ever been to. I went to both his Friday AND Saturday shows. Had to travel 12 hours to get there, but it was totally worth it. Ramin put on an amazing, unforgettable, entertaining 2 shows. He was very interactive with the audience, very sweet and silly, and he played and sang perfectly. The venue itself was nice as well, the staff were all friendly and accommodating, and the food was pretty good. It was sometimes inconvenient to have servers walking past you to get to tables (obstructed views of the stage a little), but it didn't happen too often. They mainly tried to stay out of sight once the show began. I already knew he was an excellent performer, having seen him in Les Miz in January, but it was a whole new experience seeing him as himself, performing his own music, getting to see his personality. He was just as great as everyone says he is. Before the Saturday show started, he even came outside where everyone was waiting for the doors to open, and he went down that entire line just thanking everyone for coming to see him, and taking pics with people. And trust me, it was a long line. He was so humble and kind, just one of the nicest people you could ever meet. If you haven't seen him perform, you're missing out. I would gladly go anywhere in the world to see him perform again. A true talent.
Saw both shows! Great song selections, with some oldies & some new material too! Ramin Karimloo expresses a wide range of emotions in his singing & with just an inflection here and there can switch moods & tones. He brought many to tears by his moving rendition of Bring Him Home, dedicated to his deceased friend Kyle Jean-Baptiste. Ramin said of Colm Wilkinson that he has tears in his voice. Ramin excels at this! He not only sings with his superb voice but with his whole body, expressing the lyrics of the songs so well. Ramin is also incredibly personable, charming & funny. The band was wonderful too, enhancing Ramin's performance! Thank you Ramin, BB Kings, & Ticketmaster for an unforgettable two shows!!
Ramin gave a excellent performance, he engaged the audience and made everyone feel welcome. He even came out to speak to the people in the que. the down side to this was the venue we were packed in so tight the you could not even stand up at your table let alone get out to go to the bar.
As always, Ramin gave a fantastic performance. I could listen to him sing all day!
It was great seeing Ramin mix some show tunes with some other music genres. His voice, as always, was beautiful. The band was also excellent (particularly loved the violin). Opening act Jamie Cunningham got the crowd revved with his own great voice and guitar skills. It was an amazing show!
Ramin Karimloo is amazing and talented. He is worth every penny spent. I love to see him perform again!
Ramin's voice is truly a gift. He can send chills down your spine from the notes that he hits. He played for close to 2 hours and you can see how much he loves doing what he does and his fans. I've never seen such a genuinely charismatic performer...prior to the show he walked the entre line of those waiting to get into the venue. Who does that in this day and age?! He is so appreciative of the response of his fans. His band was excellent too. We had never been to BB Kings before and am so glad we attended to see Ramin being a huge fan of his from LesMiz. He's a one-of-a-kind performer and has made a big fan out of me that's for sure. I hope that Ramin will continue to perform in the New York City area. He is loved by so many and people came from so far away to see his show. He is going to be a huge star.
My first time at BB King's.. wonderful intimate venue, the service was fantastic too! The opening act was talented and charming... as was Karimloo. his performance was fun, light-hearted, very intimate, like sitting in on a jam sessions.. Ramin and his band are extremely talented and personable. Thoroughly enjoyed the show!
Ramin is the epic combination of talent, looks and humility. This is the voice that will define much of the male musical threatre genre for the next generation. His command of the music, the show tunes, pop rock and blue grass, were beautifully backed up with a stellar band of five artists. If you ever have the chance to see this man live: do it immediately if not sooner.

A very nice way to spend a Friday evening. The show was great and so was Ramin. He was very charming and funny, not to mention his amazing singing. The songs were all great. Totally worth it!
Ramin Karimloo is such an amazing singer. The show was fantastic. Not only did he sing some of his best songs, he was also quite humorous and interacted well with the fans. The only thing that made me a bit sad was the fact that the venue had booked a different act a few hours later. Therefore, we couldn't get an encore and the concert had to end at exactly a specific time. So, towards the end, things were a bit rushed, but it was still a memorable concert. Loved it!
Ramin Karimloo is amazing! His vocals, his ability to connect with his audience, his funny personality, his humbleness! Tonight's concert was the first time I saw him live and he did not disappoint. He dedicated Bring Him Home to Kyle Jean-Baptiste. Ramin said he just wants to sing for him. Such an emotional performance that touched the entire audience. A standing O for Ramin and Kyle!
Ramin Karimloo is such a versatile artist. I have seen him multiple times on the Broadway stage, and now have seen him behind a guitar sharing his special "broadgrass" style. It was an incredible show and display of what a talented artist he is. I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys any type of music!
The show was so unique and had a great mixture of Broadway songs, bluegrass standards, and Ramin's original material (including a couple Sheytoons songs!) Ramin was phenomenal live, and did a great job interacting with and engaging the audience. I also really enjoyed the venue. The food and drinks were a little pricey, but I expected that in the middle of the theater district. Overall, it was an amazing show and I would love to see him again!
Ramin Karimloo never ceases to amaze my friends and I. Can't wait until he comes around again!!
