The performance by all was great. The general seating was terrible. The chairs were too tall and feet could not be placed flat on the floor. They need shorter seats. From what we observed no one could place their feet flat on the floor. Very uncomfortable.
2nd time seeing the Rock Vault and the band and singers were amazing, never disappoint. But the new venue at the Rio, rather than Hard Rock, was very disappointing. Tiny stage, almost level seating with stage which hampered our view...I couldn't see the drummer at all, my friend couldn't see centre stage! Dodging heads for a look all night. Band deserves better. It was like a dark dingy seedy bar. We love them but they need and better venue, please.
Songs; performers; venue - everything was amazing and we would go again! Highly recommend if this music is something you like.
What a show! Awesome sound and energy... Will be back ! Drinks at bar slow. Missed 20 mins of show. 4 deep but 1 bartender for very large show that served restaurant bar and non concert venue. Although he was amazing , just spread too thin.

Had just completed a trade show with colleagues from USA and Europe and looking for a celebratory event to close our week in Vegas. Saw Riding the Rock Vault show advertised and did a little research online as to the content of the concert. This fit right into our 40 to 62 year old group. Bought 14 tickets in Section 2 with the tables, got a few drinks from the very convenient adjacent bar, and settled in. Wow!! What a great performance. These performers were spot on in both pitch and tempo. They put their hearts and souls into each song. I could have stayed all night listenting to them. I'm coming back to Vegas in 4 weeks to celebrate a 60th birthday and attend the Chicago concert at Venetian. Right after I got home from this Vegas trip, I booked 4 tickets to the Raiding the Rock Vault show for that trip as well. I'm a fan!!
Exceptional musicians, great venue for sound, and a perfect mix of top rock songs through the decades. I’ve seen it twice at the Rio (twice at the old venue, Tropicana) and it’s different every time! You will not regret seeing this show! I know I’ll be seeing it again in the future at some point :)
Amazing talent, great talent, all of the hits for anyone who likes rock and roll. Sound mix was perfect. Bummer it's in such a dumpy sad little venue.
We travel to Las Vegas from Texas 2 to 3 times a year.We were so excited when Rock Vault opened back up after covid.Always tried to include Rock Vault when in town.f you like late 60's thru the 80's rock, then RTRV is a show to see.These guys are great singers, talented musicians and awesome performers
This is a show we loved and saw many times in the past. This was the first time we came away disappointed. The show appeared it wasn't well rehearsed. The singers were off their game and pointing to each other throughout the songs as to when to sing. One of the singers was reading lyrics off his hand. The stage was too small for all the people on it. The chairs where you sit are in an auditorium style so unless you're tall or up front, your view will be blocked. I saw one server all night and never came by to ask if we wanted drinks, though I'm sure she was busy. The Rio does a piss poor job of promoting this also. You would have never known this even existed if you just walked in the casino. The most positive part of the show were the dancers. Those 2 ladies are great. We won't be seeing this again unless we know there is noticeable improvement in the overall show. Maybe it's passed its time but this used to tell a nice story of rock and roll history. They definitiely don't that either and that's a shame.
I will start by saying the area of the casino this event took place smelt like sewage, please tend to that.. The musicians were fantastical!! The crew that played this eveing was great to watch and i enjoyed the info that went up on the screens as the songs were playing to give a kind of back story to the time of. I will say Tod and Megan had my attention. Their vocals made the hair on my skin stand straight up!!! Thats a good thing, and Megans vocals, Gurl!!!!! Yaaaasssss!!!! Amazing. Now its just my opinion that the show should go into more of the 80s and into the 90s bc lets face it, that is also in the vault now too.... sad but true, we old now🤘🤪🤘
The song selections were excellent, but the singing was just mediocre. Meh.
We had so much fun at this show! The music was awesome and the talent immense. They had people on their feet dancing throughout the show. The lead female singer was crazy good! It was really entertaining and we left with a smile on our faces!
Poor seating right behind the sound board couldn’t see half the stage. Sound from one speaker too loud and distorted. Was told that Megan Ruger would not be performing that night. Flew 2500 miles to see her perform. Same old songs. Wasted $88 on show that I left half way through. Would still love to see Megan Ruger perform but know one could tell me when she performs again.
The show was awesome with a lot of great hits for the 60s, 70’s, and 80’s but the show room itself was small and very poorly set up for seeing the same. I would recommend the show but clearly understand you will be underwhelmed by the venue which does take away from a great show.
It wasn’t the same with not having Robin and Paul there. They made the show. I’ve been seeing Rock Vault for years. I won’t go back. It was a great show.
We really enjoyed the show, the singers were awesome and put on a great show. Sitting was comfortable and our view was great.
The Band members were super talented and got the crowd going!! Brought back so many awesome memories!!
The show was awesome! Every musician and every song was so good! The venue is the perfect size! Every seat has a great view and the sound was great! I Highly recommend Raiding the Rock Vault when in Las Vegas! We have seen it twice!
Raiding the Rock Vault exceeded my expectations. The All Star Band included members of Whitesnake, Steppenwolf, and Slaughter. Very rare to see this much talent on one stage. The band performed perfect renditions of classic rock hits. A crowd-pleasing show!
