The show was amazing but I paid for the VIP seats which was first row. When I got to the entrance they told me I could not check in using my tickets I purchased through Ticketmaster. I went to the front counter of the event and they told me they gave my seats away. Neither the V theater or Ticketmaster would refund.
The Prince tribute show Purple Reign was outstanding! Jason Tenner's performance is spot on. The tribute to Morris Day was awesome, and dialogue re-enactments of the competing performers in Purple Rain were quite entertaining. The musicianship of the band was incredible! This is a must see show in Vegas!
The experience was great. Loved Jason and crew. Only thing on improvement is the blinding spotlight shining in audience faces. If there is a way to maneuver the lights higher over the audience would be great.
I saw the Purple Rain tour and while this was not it; it was an awesome tribute to a night long ago. I'll do this again.

Everything was great, I loved it, The lead guitar player is a "virtuoso"my respects.
I've been a fan of the Purple Reign show for 20+ years, dating back to when they were playing at the Holiday Inn Boardwalk. It is still a great, energetic show with excellent musicians and dancers performing Prince's hit from his glory days. Thank you Jason and the whole crew for not only paying tribute to Prince and his legacy but for also being so kind and generous with your time and conversation after the shows. I look forward to your next venue.
We paid $100 a ticket for the show and while it was entertaining, it surely wasn't worth the cost. The performers did not seem overly energetic at all. I looked it up and they have bounced around from Venue to venue for I think 20 years! I guess its hard to be excited about something you do every day!
I really enjoyed the whole show. The guy who was portraying Prince was so good and so cool, he probably could make it in his own right. I’m a fan! The sound was amazing!

This concert was really good brought back memories. Also Morris band was good too. Was a good showing from both The topper was Vanity songs awesome 😁🤙🏽
The whole idea was good but the sound system was terrible. Extremely distorted and overdriven. Could be a great shiw if this was sorted out. Shame as it turned out to be a waste of money. Also, the staff could not organise a piss up in a brewery and very rude.
We enjoyed the show. It was a full show that included all of the major characters of the movie … Purple Rain. Make sure you wear your dancing shoes and bring your energy.
I had a great time reminiscing, singing and dancing to one of my favorite movies Purple Rain. A great show I recommend to see in Vegas.
We didn’t even stay for the show! I purchased VIP tickets but when we arrived at the event, we were told that it’s “open seating”. When I asked about the VIP ticket I purchased, I was told that just means “close to the stage”. We were seated directly AT the stage…so we would have to hold our heads back the whole show to see what’s going on. Then, the show was supposed to start at 930, they didn’t let us into the theater until 923……by 10pm the show hadn’t started yet…so we left. Save your money.
Its Purple Reign.... A play on the movie. If youve ever seen the movie, you will get it. Iv seen the show since they were at the Boardwalk. The show is awesome. Really fun. Takes you 'back to the day'. Iv seen them, prob, 25 times. (used to live in Vegas). Thanks for keeping the show going all these years. Hope you all come back to Albuquerque again!!! Was under the impression that this was a prince tribute. Kinda like MJ live. It was most certainly not that!!!!!! The performer playing prince was on stage for maybe a third of the show. For some reason they needed to fill in time with two guys nobody knows and girls dancing around in lingerie. And when he was he felt the need to change the songs to his style. Which was non existent. This is the worst show I have ever seen!!!! Do not waste your money on it!! Wish I could get mine back it was so bad
We bought VIP tickets on a Thursday night for our anniversary. The acoustics were so incredibly bad you could barely hear the lyrics. We left after four songs. Our ears were ringing. I’m a huge Prince fan and extremely disappointed. Might be worth 38 bucks in the nosebleed seats. Don’t waste your money on VIP
