seven of us went to see this play between the ages of two and a half and 74. everyone liked it a lot. The 2 1/2 your old was totally attentive in the 8-year-old was enthralled, as was the 74-year-old. the music and scenery was also very good.
What a delightful show. Children and adults will both enjoy. Meeting the actors in the lobby after the show was great treat. Highly recommend this play.
The show Peter Pan is a masterpiece. It captures the childhood spark in all of us--adults and children alike. Our 4 year old "Pirate" was totally engrossed in the entire performance. The performance of Cathy Rigby is fabulous and ranks as high ratings as Mary Martin. I saw Mary Martin's "peter pan" at the Masonic and I got the same euphoric feeling. This play is eternally enthrawling for all ages. The enchanting tale of Neverland lives on!
My five year old was never bored. We both loved it!
Peter pan was awesome. Exceptional experience at an exceptional venue.
Took my grandkids (8 & 9) and Don't know who enjoyed it more. I told my granddaughter Peter pan was 60 years old and she asked me why she looked like a teenager. Cathy was unbelievable! Great show.
Took my two daughters, 8 & 6. Not sure who had a more enjoyable time, them or me! It truly was magical, and did not seem like a "standard" touring show. The sets were full sets; not walls of fabric in place, the costuming and make-up were robust. Music was good. At times, the sound levels were off, but that was a minor fault, and nothign that was too distracting. Overall, Cathy Rigby was stellar. Saw her on Broadway in the role many many years ago, when I was a young boy, and she was as effervescent now as she was then!
Peter Pan with Cathy Rigby was just plain great fun. The cast did a hard performance extremely well....much movement and singing with jokes. The audience of children were silent in the stories "spell". Captain Hook outstanding and Peter terrific... I loved the fairy dust sprinkled everywhere.
They play was done very, very well. I think some parents/guardians brought children that were too young and could not understand the concept of the play. They ended up causing a little problem in the audience.
I enjoyed Peter Pan, it was a great show! Wonderful! Wonderful!
Best show for our family!!! ! We have a 7 year old son and a 12 year old daughter and they both loved it!!!! It will go down as a favorite family time in my memory!!
Seeing Peter Pan is a family tradition with us. We have seen Cathy Rigby as Peter Pan several times in different cities and venues over the years. When we knew that our youngest had one last chance to see Ms. Rigby as Peter we were elated. The show was well done as always; it was disappointing that the acoustics and/or sound in the Fox Theater is so terrible. Still a great show, and my young daughter (and her 21 year old Down Syndrome brother seeing it again after 12 years) had a wonderful time and loved meeting Ms. Rigby in the autograph line afterwards. All the staff were helpful and polite, and the theater is still very pretty, but the sound was very difficult -- good thing we had the show memorized!
The play was exactly like the Mary Martin one my kids grew up with, and now my grandson knows it, too. The sets were well-done, and Cathy Rigby was really comfortable with all the flying, looked natural. Some of the dialog was hard to hear, though, and sometimes the "English" accents made it difficult to understand. I'd hoped they would drop the accent and speak in the way the kids would know best.
Wasn't happy with the 15 min. donation requests after the show. It ruined the illusion for my daughter.
Cathy Rigby rocked as did the rest of the cast. The energy everyone put into the production was phenomenal - the costumes, lighting, sets and sound were top notch!!! Also, listening to the audience clapping their hands and saying they believe in fairies to save Tinkerbelle when she was fading was awesome!!!
We enjoyed ourselves very much. Cathy Rigby was amazing! And her setting up the meet & photo opp was classy! The Fox has never disappointed us! Great evening!
And so did the adults!So glad we went . This was the First theater trip for my 6 and 4 year old grandchildren. A wonderful memory has been created and never forgotten.

Very good play. I believe the kids price should be reduced
I have been going to musicals, plays, etc. for many years. I have to say, this production of Peter Pan is the best I have ever seen. Seeing Cathy Rigby do what she can, which is amazing, brought tears to my eyes.
