The Dungeon Family Reunion was Epic!

    by jwashin13 on 9/13/16Lakewood Amphitheatre - Atlanta

The show had the right mix of variety. I enjoyed going from stage to stage enjoying the sounds from Andra Day to Jazmine Sullivan to Ice Cube to Busta. I didn't get to enjoy Erykah as much as I would have liked because of her tardiness. This was not her personal concert and she really should have stuck to the schedule. The Dungeon Family Reunion made up for it by capping the night off with an epic performance! From Andre 3000 to Big Boi to Ceelo, it was everything! I can't wait for next year!

Great Festival! First time going, would have been nice to have been given a schedule and knew to move back and forth to stages between acts

    Nice outdoor event

by ShaSha51 on 9/16/15Aaron's Amphitheatre at Lakewood - Atlanta

Ryan Leslie definitely needed more than 15 minutes in my opinion!!! This event was really nice. The weather turned out nice after all. There were tons of food trucks and vendors. The people were friendly!

Best Lineup at One MusicFest- hands down!!!

by Kluv1985 on 9/15/15Aaron's Amphitheatre at Lakewood - Atlanta

From now on, i will be attending the One MusicFest. By far, one of the best concerts I've attended. The weather, the atmosphere, the artists were awesome. The only suggestion I would recommend is increasing the advertisements for the food trucks and concert lineups (I had to keep checking my phone to make sure I didn't miss a performance, etc.)..whether it be signs, flyers and, or mass promotion directing you where to go.

    The overall show was DOPE!

by suga1885 on 9/15/15Aaron's Amphitheatre at Lakewood - Atlanta

The only thing I didn't like about the setup was they were showing the acts on different stages at the same time, which means you had to make a decision between who you wanted to see. For some acts that decision was harder than others. I think they should have played all the acts on one stage, and reserved the other two stages for the DJs. However, that is my personal opinion.

    One Musicfest was enjoyable!!

by Mikas on 9/15/15Aaron's Amphitheatre at Lakewood - Atlanta

The atmosphere was amazing and the performances were on point! Wale, Janelle, 8ball & MJG(were most memorable for my husband) Scarface, surprise performance from Pastor Troy; it was all amazing! We really enjoyed the food trucks, but some of the lines were very long; which was to be expected with so many people. So, make such you eat before you arrive and get in line before you are to the point of starving because you just might waiting in the lines! :) We loved it and look forward to next year!

OMF 2014 was the best yet!!!

by Rhiplay on 9/25/14Aaron's Amphitheatre at Lakewood - Atlanta

While I thought no OMF experience could match my first featuring my favorite artist Goapele and Common this year's festival was one for the history books. The lineup was insane. The atmosphere was so live and the weather was perfect. It was a fantastic festival. There was something for everyone and I'm looking forward to next year.

G.O.A.T NAS have hell of a performance!!

by dreadlilocks on 9/18/14Aaron's Amphitheatre at Lakewood - Atlanta

Great show. Programs should be given out upon entry considering there were 2 stages. Kinda hard to follow the acts. Or have a jumbo screen so you could at least see what was going on at the other stage.

The artist's were AWESOME. I'm not so much of a Jhene Aiko fan so I won't review her but everyone else starting from Amel to Nas DELIVERED! (The first artist I saw was Amel so I cannot comment on the others prior to her.) The highlight of my day was Kendrick Lamar. I was looking forward to him and he rocked it. Some of the DJ sets were questionable. If I'm going between artists like Amel and Daley, do I really need a whole set of ratchet/tsouthern trap rap? I don't. Kind of doesn't work. I preferred the event at Old 4th Ward Park and felt that Aaron's Amphitheatre was too large. The 2nd stage was too far away. It felt like The Great Trek every time I wanted to experience those sets. Which leads me to my next point... ... Where were the water stations???????????? www.onemusicfest.com/#verttoknow OMF's website indicates that there would be water stations. They're weren't. I asked Guest Services. Although the weather was beautiful, it was super hot and with all of the walking back and forth for hours , I was GREATLY DISAPPOINTED to be left extremely dehydrated with a $5 water or a $14 rum runner as options. Last mention, at approximately 4pm I went to the bar line where the chilled Honey Jack Daniels and El Jimador shots were advertised. After standing in a non-moving line for 10 minutes, the server announced he was only accepting cash. When I got to the front, another 10 minutes later, I was informed that he was out of Jack Daniels product. And it wasn't just him, the other servers were as well. I decided to get a $9 chilled shot of the house Tequila and keep it moving. But I have to mention how DISAPPOINTING that experience was. It was way too early in the day to be out of that product from a major sponsor. Especially after discouraging attendees from bringing outside drinks into the venue to support onsite sales. Overall, I gave the event 4 stars because I enjoyed the artists' performances which made the best impression in comparison to the logistics, limitations, and additional offerings of this festival. *IF* I return next year and there aren't improvements, it will not receive 4 stars. I'm hopeful it will get better.
