Who knew Georgia had a Central Park??

by ScoD on 9/15/18Central Park - Atlanta

Lineup was dope, ATL Crunk Set was probably the best part of the weekend for me. Fest needs a better venue tho. The overlapping set times was wack and depending on where you were standing/sitting you could hear both stages at the same time, no bueno. Hopefully they fix this for next time

    Chairs please!!

by Niceole on 9/14/18Central Park - Atlanta

The event itself was great. Food, music and vibe were all on point and I will definitely return. My biggest issue was not having a chair...seriously towels are not a great alternative!

    H.E.R.

by Bamrob on 9/14/18Central Park - Atlanta

The whole festival was amazing, however we went to mainly see H.E.R.. Due to technical difficulties her set was pushed back causing her to come on late(she wasn’t physically late). She was amazing! Then the festival crew cut her set short due to their mistakes? Same thing happened with Miguel. Definitely would recommend a better sound/set up crew for next year. On a brighter note, I definitely had a great time.

    Amazing first festival experience!

    by Breezy1990 on 9/14/18Central Park - Atlanta

This was my first time ever going to a festival and I had an amazing time. There was no drama, the food trucks were great, loved the free water station and hangout spots with AC. My only two complaint were all of the people still sitting in the crowd and having to tip toe around them to get to the front. Also, the overlapping set times. Sometimes, I only got to see half a set before I had to go see another artist. These aren’t major complaints tho, I really really enjoyed myself.

    OMF

    by Alexisj97 on 9/13/18Central Park - Atlanta

Great event as usual but I didn’t like the new venue at Central Park. Traveling back and forth between stages is a pain.

    Bomb music event

by Ishtarp on 9/13/18Central Park - Atlanta

I drove all the way from South Florida to attend the event and I’m glad I did that event was well put together, it was beautiful seeing the different culture of people having fun, being cute, listening to music and eating good food (food was worth the money) Definitely would will go again. Thumbs down to the person who set up the grass photo wall on the gate, the lighting was so off LOL

    It could have been better!

    by MusicLover129 on 9/13/18Central Park - Atlanta

It was my first time at this event and I was very interested in the festival because of the various artists. The show itself was great!!! I didn’t read the specifics of the venue until after purchasing the tickets. I was disappointed to find that chairs were not allowed. And there were only two kinds of liquor choices for mixed drinks (luckily the Tenn Honey Jack was an option that was tolerable). It was a great benefit to have water provided (so I loved that!). Also, the grounds could have had more grass in certain areas (I didn’t like the dirt between my toes). Great showcase of local artists! I might go again... if I can bare the sun and rain. Suffice to say that preparation makes for a better experience and more choices of liquor can do the same!

    The show was great.

by Natedaboss on 9/13/18Central Park - Atlanta

The lineup was very good. There was something for everyone. Some of the artist even bought out special guest. One of the DJ's bought out a lot of Atlanta artist that had hit songs from the past.

The lineup was awesome. The layout for the venue was perfect and convenient to accommodate the massive crowd (especially once the hydration station moved to a more central location). Free water station was GREAT! The only thing I can say could have been better was the wait time between sets and the overlap of some of the larger acts.

    Worth it!

by MarkTheMerc on 9/13/18Central Park - Atlanta

If you like music and/or festivals this is it! Every show was lit. Pro tip: bring a chair or blanket to sit on. Stay hydrated. Don’t forget to eat.

    TOO FUN

by YeahIknow on 9/13/18Central Park - Atlanta

It was a wonderful time; the weather was great. The set up was easy to navigate. The food trucks they had offered a great variety for vegans/vegetarians and omnivores. The workers all around the area were professional and friendly. The cleanliness of the park wasn't so great. It would've been great had they had trash bins all around, instead of just the booths. Some of the performances started really late because of technological difficulties, but that's to be expected at any venue.

    Too many surprises

by JamesOlsen on 9/13/18Central Park - Atlanta

You get a lot of bang for your buck when it comes to star power but there in lies the problem...overlap you would be at Ford Stage and completely miss a surprise guest on the central stage. There needs to be better staggering between the stages for those of us who like BOTH acts .The watering stations were a great addition and hopefully will return next year. There didn't seem to be enough space but i'm not sure whether that was caused by selling too many tickets or the proximity of the sound booth to the Ford Stage. That pretty much sums up my thoughts.

One Music Fest was Hella Litty!!

    by 11Niness on 9/13/18Central Park - Atlanta

This was THE BEST outdoor 2 day concert festival I've ever attended! I had an amazing time. I have a few suggestions such as separating the sitters from the standers....possible cooling stations...fans/mist machines...more screens in other parts of the Park bcus I dont want to miss anything while in the food lines etc. It would have been nice to see everything from our spot by the vendors or from any angle on the hills. Other than that, Hella amazing time! I will be back next year!
