The Box Office hours at the theatre are: Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM Saturday from 10AM to 2PM Sunday - Open days of performances beginning 2 hours prior to show.
The Box Office accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and cash.
Will Call tickets can be picked up beginning 2 hours prior to the show.
Parking is available at City Center Parking garage off of 3rd Street, or in the parking garage under the Statehouse.
Phonic Ear listening devices for hearing impaired patrons are available at the box office for all shows. This is a free service. Broadway Series patrons interested in Audio-Described or Signed-Interpreted performances may call (614) 224-7654 for more information.
