Formed in 1996, O.A.R. are an alternative rock band from Rockville, Maryland. Starting with their 1997 debut album The Wanderer, O.A.R. have released 10 studio albums and seven live albums. In 2005, O.A.R. released Stories of a Stranger, their first of four consecutive Top 40 albums on the Billboard 200 and led by the RIAA gold-certified single “Love and Memories.” The band’s 2008 followup All Sides contains O.A.R.’s highest-charting Hot 100 single “Shattered (Turn the Car Around),” which was later certified platinum, while 2014’s The Rockville LP boasted the band’s third gold single “Peace.” Known for their rigorous touring schedule, O.A.R. have also pursued charitable initiatives through their Heard The World Fund, founded by the band in 2006.

We so enjoyed the musicianship and positive energy of O.A.R. and the opening band Riker and the Beachcombers. A really nice night out in an intimate theatre setting!

OAR is the best! They really get the crowd involved and dancing. Love their music and it was very intimate at Wind Creek. We've been following OAR for over 10 years and I will always see them when they are in PA.
I would like to see another show at wind creek so i am keeping my eye on the venue.
These guys are professional, fun & spontaneous- never get tired of hearing their hits mixed with new offerings. They are personal - recognized a military veteran & a child's first concert...& Jerry on sax was 100%

The venue was smaller and cozy so there was no bad view. O.A.R. was amazing! Love the trumpet and saxophone mixed with the guitars and drums.

Venue hasn't changed since the last time I was there in the 70"s. Staff is still friendly, bartenders are fast and have a sense of humor. Prices are reasonable or on par with similar venues. It was a great time. OAR was great. A fun time seemed to be had by all
City On Down is one of their greatest and most popular songs of all-time and they didn’t play it. :-( The concert was ok. Definitely not their best. Could have been better.
The Capitol Theater is a great venue to see a show with great sound. OAR delivered big time with a high energy show that exceeded our expectations! They keep getting better. A must see band!
Third time for is. Portchester just brings the best out of band. Crowd knew wvery song. Better then Vegas. Will see them again
What's not to love! Aura is a smaller venue with an intimate feel about it. You are practically on the stage with the band, and OAR felt the same way, so it was amazing! They played some of their old songs and some of the newer stuff ~ it's all wonderful and the sound in Aura is fabulous. Really a fantastic night! So glad we went to see them again!
