I liked this theatrical version (as opposed to the movie) because it had so manyplot twists and turns. Keeps you guessing. Characters were artfully portrayed and very believable. Loved the period dress and hairstyles too. I hope Northlight stages more mysteries.
Stage was nicely done. Acting was much appreciated. Script was right on the mark.
Beautifully staged, true to the 1950's, a suspenseful drama enhanced by perfect doses of music. Well acted and worth the time, the drive and ticket price. An enjoyable afternoon in this wonderfully intimate and informal theater.
The new version of Dial M for Murder is better than the original. Definitely recommend. If you saw the redo of "Company,"it is similar and improved.

Wonderful acting, anchored by the incomparable Nick Sandys, kept me focused on the unpredictable, thoroughly captivating plot. Not a single dull scene! This play sets the bar high for the 2024 season ..... can't wait 'til you're back in Evanston!
Wonderful show. Even if you know the Hitchcock story, the show was still intriguing and captivating. The actors were terrific. The theater is intimate and our seats were very close to the stage. You felt as if you were part of the scenes. It was a very enjoyable show.
From the first two minutes, I was hooked. This five-person play grabs you from the very start and doesn't let go until the very end. Very thought-provoking, and a modern-day twist from the norm. I drove over an hour to get to the theater from my house and it was well worth the drive! See it before it's gone!
What a wonderful production. Sat on the edge of my seat - in the front row! - the entire time. The cast, writing, and acting are perfection. Go see this show!
