$61 for THREE beers!!!! You'd get a night in a cheap motel with hospitality included for that rate. Absolutely extortionate food and beverage rates, however the seats were good, between halfway and the 22.

Venue Soldier Field, Nov 1st 2025, Ireland v New Zealand All Blacks Just for starters, 3 cans of beer $56, then ultra-long queues for toilets, and seats were two rows from Heaven. Steps would be a major issue for anybody with mobility or breathing issues. Poor directional instructions upon leaving about getting a taxi or Uber. Overall, it's a great city with a nice atmosphere and very clean; however, there must be better stadiums than Soldier Field to host such an occasion.

Always a great time to watch two nations battle it out against each other. The match was good, some stop and go, but overall not too bad. Tailgating was great. However, soldier Field in organization of the events was pretty poor. First, the wrong song started playing just before New Zealand’s national anthem. There was no mic on the ref, so it was hard to hear what each penalty was. There was an announcer of sorts that sometimes called things out, but it wasn’t consistent and it was only really for line outs occasionally. The view was great, but the field looked a little rough. There were football identifiers on the field, and it wasn’t looking like a healthy pitch. The scoreboard also only had a little graphic and the score, it did not do any replays or live feed/close-ups that you might expect in a large venue like this. I’m sure they can do it for football so they should’ve been able to do it for rugby.

Poor atmosphere, pitch isn’t terrible condition. No commentary to let fans know what was going on during the 20 min sin bin for Beirnes red card.

Traveling by, tripping over the chance to watch my first rugby game. Ireland vs All Blacks, best seats and a great game, great weather and fantastic atmosphere. WOW!!

Everything about this game sucked. Too long to enter ground. Poor way finding for seats. Too few personnel. Long lines ups for washrooms. Poor quality food. Poor refereeing. No proper tv replay. Just awful experience.

Soldier Field is an historic venue but facilities are very poor. No toilets for men on some levels. Portaloos not good enough for such an occasion A can of beer for $17. That's a bit steep. No elevators that I could see. Very poor for any stadium in the 21st century. No big screen footage for the most controversial moment of the game. The fans made the occasion special with their enthusiasm and good spirits.

Live rugby is fabulous. We had so much fun! Everyone was super nice.

Fantastic stadium but expensive food and drink, and the lengthy queues to toilets was totally unacceptable. Great atmosphere and good access before and exit after.

Poor stadium. Bad pitch. Poor referee. Hopefully they change the venue in future
